Yohan awkwardly cursed me for a while longer, but he was no match for Felix at all, so he quickly left.

Finally, I invited Felix to dinner.

Felix stared at me affectionately. I had been complimented like that before, but it did make my heart flutter to be as passionate and blunt as Felix.

I had just walked in the door when I heard Carolyn's cries.

"Felix, you should help me. There were so many people at the hospital, but she was cursing me...

I was just married to him, but I wasn't here to be a nanny.

Seeing that I came in, Carolyn immediately fell silent and pretended to be pitiful. Felix had just gotten off work, and he was exhausted all over. Until he saw me enter, he asked indifferently, "Where have you been? Why are you so late?"
