Welcome to the services provided by APKDock (hereinafter referred to as "APKDock" or "we").
This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between you and APKDock concerning your access to and use of products and services offered by APKDock.
Please read and fully understand all clauses carefully before using this Platform, especially the content marked in bold, which involves your rights and obligations, liability limitations and dispute‑resolution mechanisms.
By accessing, browsing, downloading, reading or otherwise using the APKDock Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all clauses of this Agreement. If you disagree with any clause of this Agreement, please stop using this Platform immediately.
APKDock may update this Agreement from time to time. The revised Agreement will be published on this page and shall take effect from its update date. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised content.
1.This Agreement applies to all products and services that you access and use through the APKDock website (https://apkdock.com/) and any relevant client applications it may develop.
2. "Services" means the following offerings provided by APKDock:
(1) App and Game Download Service: search, display and download services for mobile applications (APPs) and mini‑game resources included on the Platform.
(2) Novel Reading Service: online browsing and free‑chapter reading services for literary works, together with redirect links for paid content leading to copyright‑holder pages.
3.Your use of the Services shall also comply with other rules, policies, the Privacy Policy and other documents published on this Platform.
1.You may access free content on APKDock (including free APP downloads and free novel‑chapter reading) without registering an account. Nevertheless, APKDock reserves the right to restrict, ban or delete accounts showing suspicious anomalies or violating this Agreement without prior notice.
2.App and Game Download
(1) This Website provides download links or installation packages for third‑party APPs and mini‑games. We make reasonable efforts to ensure resource safety but make no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, virus‑free status, compatibility or copyright authorization of such resources.
(2) When you download, install and use any app or game, you shall comply with that product’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Any disputes or losses arising from your use of third‑party applications shall be resolved between you and the third‑party developer, and APKDock shall not be held liable.
3.Novel Reading Service
(1) You may browse and read free novel‑chapter content directly within APKDock. We strive to update resources but give no absolute guarantee for the completeness or continuity of all novels.
(2) Tapping locked chapters will redirect you to the official page of the relevant copyright‑holder for subsequent reading. To unlock paid content, you may follow the redirect link to complete transactions with copyright‑holders or third‑party payment platforms.
(3) All matters concerning paid‑content pricing, delivery, permission rules, refunds and after‑sales support are the sole responsibility of the corresponding copyright‑holder and are unrelated to APKDock. You shall independently read and abide by the copyright‑holder’s service rules and assess associated risks. Payment services are provided by third‑party payment institutions; payment security and transaction disputes shall be borne by such payment institutions and copyright‑holders, and APKDock assumes no liability in this regard.
(4) APKDock shall bear no compensation or breach‑of‑contract liability if certain novels are suspended from updates or removed from the Platform at the copyright‑holder’s request, due to adjustments in laws and regulations or other force‑majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you or adjust displays within a reasonable time frame.
1.Third‑Party Links and Services
The APKDock Platform may contain links to third‑party websites, content or services (including pages operated by novel copyright‑holders). Such third‑party resources are operated independently, and we assume no responsibility for the truthfulness, reliability, safety or legality of their content.
2.APKDock may display advertisements or promotional materials on the Platform. Advertising content is supplied by advertisers, and APKDock makes no express or implied warranties for the quality of advertised goods or services.
3.Except as otherwise required by law, APKDock shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you through using third‑party services, visiting external links or transacting with advertisers.
While using the Services, you shall abide by applicable laws and regulations, public order and good morals, as well as this Agreement. You must not engage in the following activities:
1.Copying, downloading or disseminating copyrighted paid‑novel chapters or other proprietary Platform content by means of screen recording, screenshotting, web crawling or any other method;
2.Reverse‑engineering, modifying or redistributing APP or game installation packages downloaded from the Platform, or using them for any commercial purpose;
3.Using automated scripts, crawlers, plug‑ins or similar tools to mass‑access or scrape Platform content, or to disrupt or impair normal Platform operations;
4.Exploiting loopholes in Platform rules for click‑farming, fraud or similar conduct;
5.Publishing or disseminating content or information that is illegal, obscene, violent, terrorist, fraudulent or infringes the legitimate rights of others;
6.Engaging in insults, defamation, harassment, cyber‑bullying or other improper conduct directed against the Platform, its operators or other users;
7.Any other act that violates laws and regulations, breaches this Agreement, or harms the legitimate interests of the Platform or third parties.
If you violate the above‑mentioned rules, APKDock may impose measures such as warnings or feature restrictions according to the severity of the violation. Where criminal offences are suspected, APKDock reserves the right to report the matter to competent authorities. All losses and legal liabilities resulting from your violations shall be borne solely by you.
1.Platform Content Rights
Interface designs, layouts, logos, source code and related data on the APKDock Platform are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual‑property laws. No individual or organisation may copy, modify, distribute, display or exploit them in any form unless permitted by law or by prior authorisation.
2.Third‑Party Resource Rights
Intellectual‑property rights (including copyright and trademark rights) for APPs, games and literary works featured on this Website belong to their original right‑holders. This Website only provides information display and redirection services and shall not be jointly liable for any infringing content.
3.Infringement‑Complaint Handling
APKDock respects intellectual‑property rights. If any third‑party believes its legitimate rights have been infringed, it may submit a written notice (including proof of rights, infringing links and preliminary evidence) via the contact information set out in Clause XII. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will conduct a review and take necessary measures including deletion, blocking or link disconnection. Complainants shall bear corresponding legal liability for malicious or false complaints.
APKDock does not actively target its services at users under the age of 18. We do not pro‑actively collect personal information from minors. If we discover minor‑related information collected without guardian consent, we will promptly carry out compliant processing such as deletion.

1.You understand and agree that APKDock’s Services and content are provided on an "as‑is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free or fully‑secure service operation, nor do we promise the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content. APP, game and novel content are for entertainment reference only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
2.After you redirect from this Website to any third‑party website (including copyright‑holder payment pages), that third‑party’s service content, charging rules, privacy policy and all its acts are unrelated to this Website. We give no guarantee and assume no joint liability for the legality, safety or service quality of third‑party sites.
3.This Website makes every reasonable effort to maintain resource accessibility but shall not be liable for the following circumstances:
(1) Forced removal or inaccessibility of resources (including APPs, games and novels) resulting from copyright‑holder demands, administrative orders or legal proceedings;

1.APKDock reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the Services at any time for operational, policy‑related, legal or security reasons. Such changes may be announced via notices, pop‑ups or on‑Platform messages.
2.You may stop using APKDock Services at any time.
3.If you violate this Agreement, applicable laws or Platform policies, APKDock may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services and may delete relevant accounts and content.
4.Upon service termination, APKDock will handle your account and data in accordance with legal requirements and its own policies. Unless otherwise specified, APKDock has no obligation to preserve or export any content for you.
1.The formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Where mandatory statutory provisions apply, such provisions shall prevail.
2.Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration under its Institutional Arbitration Rules in effect at that time. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong; the arbitration language shall be Chinese. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
3.APKDock will send you notices by electronic means including email, system messages, announcements or pop‑ups. Notices shall be deemed duly served upon dispatch.
4.If any clause of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by APKDock to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
5.APKDock reserves the right of final interpretation and revision of this Agreement. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a stated effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised clauses.
