Updated on: September 9, 2026
Effective on: July 15, 2025

APKDock (hereinafter referred to as "APKDock" or "we") strictly complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and relevant international copyright treaties. We respect intellectual property rights and require all users of APKDock to abide by this principle.

I. Submission of Infringement Notices

If you believe that any content provided on APKDock (https://apkdock.com/), including but not limited to application installation package download guides, novel chapter displays and redirect links, infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written "Infringement Notice" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") to us. The Notice must contain all the following statutory elements; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse processing:

1. Right Ownership Certification Documents: Valid documents proving your legitimate intellectual property rights to the allegedly infringed works, including but not limited to:

(1) Copy of the Work Copyright Registration Certificate issued by the National Copyright Administration;

(2) Original links of the first official release of the work, cover and copyright page of publications;

(3) Original manuscripts, drafts, design source files and timestamp certificates created during the production process;

(4) Other legal documents or notarized materials that can reasonably prove right ownership.

We cannot accept and process the Notice if the above right ownership certifications are not provided.

2. Clear Identification of Infringed Works: Provide the name and specific content description for a single work; attach a representative list for multiple works.

3. Positioning Information of Alleged Infringing Materials: Provide detailed information sufficient for APKDock to accurately locate the materials (e.g., specific page URL, complete link of the application download page, path of the novel chapter page). If the information is insufficient for positioning, we will require you to supplement materials before further processing.

4. Complete Contact Information of the Complainant: Full name, actual mailing address, valid phone number and email address for necessary communication.

5. Good Faith Statement: A statement confirming that the complainant has sufficient grounds to believe that the use of the complained materials is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or applicable laws (such as the fair use principle).

6. Truthfulness and Legal Liability Statement: A statement certifying that all information in the Notice is accurate and complete, and the complainant is legally authorized by the copyright owner. The complainant shall bear all legal liabilities arising from false statements (including but not limited to compensation for losses and relevant rights protection costs).

Submission Method: Please send all the above materials in PDF or image format to APKDock via email.

II. Processing Procedures for Infringement Notices

1. Preliminary Review: We will conduct a preliminary review of the formal completeness of the Notice and sufficiency of right ownership certifications as soon as possible (generally within 7 working days) upon receipt. We will notify the complainant to supplement incomplete materials.

2. Removal or Blocking: For valid Notices that meet all requirements, we will promptly remove or block access to the specific alleged infringing materials.

3. Disclaimer: APKDock has no active review obligation for content uploaded or linked by third parties, and shall not be liable for any such infringement acts.

III. Submission Requirements for Counter-Notices

If the complained party believes that its content does not infringe others' intellectual property rights or has obtained legitimate authorization, it has the right to submit a written "Counter-Notice Statement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Counter-Notice") to us. The Counter-Notice must also contain all the following elements:

1. Identification of Removed Materials: Clearly specify the removed or blocked materials and their specific positions (such as URLs) before removal.

2. Good Faith Error Statement: A statement confirming that the complained user has sufficient grounds to believe that the removal or blocking of the materials is caused by errors or misidentification, and the user shall bear perjury liability for false statements.

3. Contact Information of the Complained User: Name, address, phone number and email address.

4. Right Ownership or Legitimate Authorization Certifications: The complained user shall provide certifications of its ownership of the relevant materials, or documents proving legitimate authorization for use (such as authorization agreements and permission letters). We will reject the application if the above certifications are not provided.

Submission Method: Please send all Counter-Notice materials to APKDock via email.

IV. Processing Procedures for Counter-Notices

1. Forward to Complainant: Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy of the Counter-Notice and the provided right ownership certifications to the original complainant.

2. Await Litigation Notice: If the original complainant fails to provide relevant litigation evidence to us within 10 working days from the date of forwarding, we have the right to restore the removed or blocked materials (the restoration time shall be arranged according to actual conditions).

V. Special Instructions on Third-Party Content

Part of APKDock's services (paid novel chapter redirection) are provided by third-party copyright holder websites. For content not directly hosted on APKDock servers, we only provide redirection links or indexes through technical means, which does not constitute storage or reproduction of third-party content.

If you believe that content on third-party websites infringes your copyright, we recommend that you file a complaint directly with the relevant third party. The final decision on removing or blocking third-party content shall be made independently by the third party, and APKDock assumes no obligations or liabilities in this regard.

VI. Legal Liability for False Statements

In accordance with Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material false statements regarding "infringing materials or activities" or "erroneously removed materials" shall be liable for compensation to any party harmed by such false statements (including reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs). APKDock reserves the right to pursue legal liabilities for malicious complaints.

VII. Policy Revisions

APKDock reserves the right to revise this Policy timely in response to changes in laws and regulations or business needs. The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified to users via website announcements or pop-up prompts. Your continued use of APKDock shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Policy.

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with the effective arbitration rules at that time. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the arbitration language shall be Chinese, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
