Chapter 3

In just an instant, I felt the air at the school gate solidify.

Harry's face visibly blushed.

"What? He called Jeremy master??"

"Did I hear it wrong?!"

"Wait, uncle, are you here to pick up Jeremy?"

Uncle James nodded honestly, "Yes."

With these words, the crowd at the entrance of the school fell into a dead silence again.

Everyone's eyes were focused on me.

"Jeremy, is he your family's driver?"

To be honest, I really wanted to nod my head and reveal my identity.

After pretending for so long, I was actually very uncomfortable.

But as I looked at this Ferrari SF90 in front of me, I remembered my dream of a sports car, as well as my sister's dream of being an actress.

I decided to endure it a little longer.

I held back the corners of my mouth that wanted to rise, and walked over to Uncle James's side, gestured for him not to speak, and turned around to explain to everyone.

"He is the driver of my distant relative's family, not mine. Please don't misunderstand."

After hearing my explanation, Harry immediately breathed a sigh of relief and said, "I knew it. There's no way it could be yours."

Other classmates were all discussing.

"Wow! Jeremy, your relative is really amazing. Is this car worth millions?"

"This is the first time I've seen such a handsome car, thanks to Jeremy. I learned a lot today."

The crowd gathered around the Ferrari to take pictures, while Harry stood on the side with his eyes widened.

No one cared about his Porsche.

It was being praised before, and the next second, it was defeated by the Ferrari.

He seemed to be getting angrier and angrier as he watched, and undeterred, he came up to me and asked.

"Jeremy, is this really a car belonging to your relatives? It's not something you rented just to show off, right?"

Hearing his words, a few classmates also looked over with puzzled gazes.

It was indeed a bit sudden for someone who usually looked ordinary to suddenly be picked up by a relative in a car worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I shrugged and blurted out, "How can I afford to rent? Do you think it's possible?"

Someone suddenly spoke up loudly, "It's really impossible!"

Harry frowned even more, his tone was impatient.

"How is it not possible?"

The classmate recognized the style of the car and quickly said.

"This is a Ferrari SF90! There are only three in the country, and only the richest person in New York, Philip Franklin, has this car. It's impossible to rent it!"

Some students immediately took out their mobile phones and googled, quickly confirming that this statement was correct.

Harry's face turned pale this time, and he asked incredulously.

"Is this car Philip Franklin's!? Is your relative the richest man in New York?!"

In an instant, everyone was looking at me.

I smiled and nodded, "Yeah."

This car was bought by my dad.

My dad... How couldn't he be considered my relative?

I walked past Harry with my hands in my pockets and went to the front of the Ferrari.

Uncle James cooperatively opened the car door.

I turned around and asked sincerely.

"Harry, do you want to ride in my relative's car and experience what a luxury car is like?"

Harry naturally couldn't face me and left dejectedly.
