Chapter 4

I gave a ride to some classmates on my way home and waited until they all got off before asking Uncle James.

"Uncle James, why did you drive this car out?"

Uncle James was a little confused, "Master, you told me to wash the car yesterday and said that I must drive this one today."

"..." I felt a bit helpless. "You did a good job, but don't drive it out next time. I was just joking."

Luckily, I didn't expose my identity, or my sister would be furious. I couldn't waste all my efforts after such a long time.

The fact that my distant relative was the richest man in New York quickly spread in school, and my fame in school increased greatly.

Two weeks later on Friday, there was a cultural festival at school, and our class was responsible for organizing the equipment.

We were late for lunch, and when we went to the cafeteria to eat, there were only a few leftovers.

Harry suggested, "I'll treat you all to dinner at the revolving restaurant."

I was about to say that I wouldn't go and would rather take a nap during lunch break.

But my deskmate just pulled me out directly, "Great, great, I'm starving to death. Thanks, Harry."

Others also quickly thanked Harry. Harry looked like the head of the family and invited everyone to set off together.

I couldn't resist everyone's enthusiasm, so I didn't refuse.

The revolving restaurant was a famous restaurant in New York, a ten-minute walk from the school.

Just as we walked to the entrance of the revolving restaurant, Harry suddenly turned back to look at me.

"Jeremy should not have been here, right? After all, it's very expensive here."

I had no choice but to show a faint smile when I was inexplicably cued.

I really hadn't been here before.

My family had so many properties. When I just returned, my sister often took me to eat, drink and have fun all over the country.

Later, when I had to go to school and didn't have time to play, she invited the chef directly to the house to cook for us.

Although I hadn't eaten at this restaurant, it was owned by my family, and the chef came directly to our house for service. There was no need to come here.

Harry, however, took my reaction of smiling without saying anything as a sign of my embarrassment, and he continued to brag to me.

"I often come to this restaurant. I am a VIP here. I can introduce it to you when we go in."

A classmate interrupted, "It seems that many people are queuing. Will we have to wait for a long time?"

Harry proudly shook his head, "VIPs don't need to queue."

Suddenly, a classmate shouted, "Hey, isn't that the school belle Yara Lewis?"

I turned around and saw a beautiful girl walking towards us.

When Yara appeared, Harry became a bit nervous.

After all, everyone in the school knew that he liked Yara.

He hurriedly greeted, "Yara, are you coming to eat too?"

Yara, who was stopped, scanned us before answering coyly.

"Yes, I came with my classmates from the student council. But there seems to be a line, so we're going to eat somewhere else."

She was followed by a few more classmates.

Harry smiled so much, "It's okay, I have a membership. I can arrange a table for you."

Yara said, "No need."

"It's just a small favor. I'll handle it."

He walked arrogantly at the forefront. The waiter at the entrance of the store greeted him with a smile and asked.

"Hello, do you have a reservation?"

Harry took out his membership card and said proudly, "No."

"I'm sorry, without a reservation, please wait in line."

Harry changed his expression, "Look carefully. I am a VIP!"

"I'm sorry, we are fully booked today. Even VIP has to wait in line."

Harry was completely dumbfounded.

I felt embarrassed for him from a distance. I didn't expect him to make a fool of himself in front of Yara.

Seeing this scene, a few classmates murmured.

"We don't have time to wait. We have to hurry back to class after eating."

"What a pity, we were hoping Harry would treat us to a big meal. It seems hopeless now."

"I'm starving now."

I was starving too, so I turned around, wanting to go back and find a place to eat.

The next second, a man in a white shirt walked towards us, and the waiter nodded and bowed to him.

"Hello, General Manager."

I heard the sound and looked over, meeting his eyes.

It was George Brown!
