The Fog of Love
Chapter 2
Will openly expressed his love for Fiona on the radio station.
He gave Fiona the most passionate love.
Will once said, "Even if she wants my life, I will give it to her."
I cried sadly that night.
Will might not remember that.
When I fell in love with him, I asked him, "Will, I want your life. Will you give it to me?"
Will pinched my nose and laughed loudly.
"Then my life will belong to you from now on."
He promised me first.

Will and Fiona had been together for two years. They were the most envied couple by all the girls in the school, including me.
Everyone thought that they would be together forever, but an accident happened. Fiona got an offer for a foreign graduate program and wanted to study abroad, but Will had a startup team and was ready to start a business in Yoston.
Will tried to persuade Fiona, but she thought that Will wanted to stop her from further education, so she started arguing with Will.
At the end of the argument, Fiona said, "Let's break up!"
Fiona went abroad the next day, and Will didn't even see her.
After Fiona left, Will devoted himself to his work. I had the same major as him, and he asked me to be the vice president of the company. Out of selfish reasons, I didn't refuse.
We went back and forth between the company and home all day long.
We drank with clients to get orders.
Will had a bad stomach, so I drank for him, which caused my stomach to get worse and worse and I would get sick easily.
But fortunately, our business was getting bigger and bigger.
Originally, because of Fiona's matter, Will's mother Mary James and I had very little contact.
Later, Mary took the initiative to contact my mother Jenny Quinn, and wanted us to be together. Then we naturally got together.
Will's confession was simple.
"Hermine, be my girlfriend."
He gave me a diamond ring and a bouquet of roses.
I burst into tears and gave my whole heart to him.
Pulling myself away from the memories, I knew that this matter must be resolved.
As soon as I arrived at the company, I heard a familiar voice. It was Fiona.
With red curly hair and high heels, she was as beautiful as ever, looking very charming.
She said, "Who is following this order? Come with me to meet a client tonight."
I was silent.
My hand holding the bag began to tremble.
The receptionist saw me. "Ms. Quinn."
Fiona followed the sight from the receptionist and looked at me, her eyes filled with contempt and provocation as if she were the boss of this company.
"It's you."
"Ms. White, long time no see." I tried to stay calm, even though I was very nervous.
Will also came out.
When he met my gaze, he looked away.
"Hermine is the vice president of the company. Fiona, if you have any questions, you can ask her."
"Okay, Mr. James." Fiona winked at him playfully.
I sneered, "Why does she ask me? She doesn't have a direct superior?"
Will didn't expect that I would embarrass him. "Fiona..." He hesitated.
"Hermine, this is in the company," Fiona said.
I sneered, "I know. Do you think your resume is good enough to get into this company?"
As soon as I finished speaking, people started to discuss all around.
"Hermine!" Fiona shouted.
Will frowned. "Hermine, don't speak so harshly."
I was stunned, feeling so uncomfortable in my heart that I wanted to gasp for air.
Was I speaking harshly?
I was just telling the truth.
