Refusing to Be a Golden Cage Bird

Two months passed soon, and I started my college life.

Before I left, Kelly finally found a job in the hair salon where I worked in my previous life. She stood at the door every day looking around, like a young girl in love waiting for her lover.

She was waiting for Kevin.

Kelly didn't know how I met Kevin in my previous life, but she had read a lot of novels, and she had probably imagined a drama in which a domineering rich man who ran away from home fell in love with a poor but kind girl.

I looked at the website that was already in its infancy on my computer. It was a website that my friends and I had spent several months to create.

I believed that soon, I would have my own business. By then, I would no longer have to rely on anyone, nor would I be locked up in a dark room.

Then, I could face any crisis in life with confidence.

Including Kevin's threat.
