Our Forbidden Attraction

Laura shook away the doubt in her head and tried to look at the people around her instead of Augustus.

While Augustus on the other hand couldn't help but look in her direction with admiration as she looked gorgeous.

He had a slight emotion in his eyes when he looked at her, he has never hated her but always pretend to be hard with her because he is afraid that his little affection would make her misunderstand him and things would go worse after that.

In this relationship, Lisa had always sacrificed for him but he knew deep inside that when things come to her sister, she won't be able to sacrifice this time.

There was an awkward silence between them as Augustus walked toward her slowly and her heart started racing, she clenched the corner of her dress feeling nervous as Augustus's voice came.

"Thanks for bandaging my wounds that night."

Laura looked up and stared right into his deep blue eyes, her emotions started getting out of control. His voice was so soft and he was even thanking her. Her heart seems like melting but she felt like a lump was stuck in her mouth as she couldn't form the words and merely nodded to him.

"So where you're staying?" Augustus asked again as Laura answered hesitantly.

"The Por-Sean." She replied.

"What?" Augustus asked with a frown, the hotel she mentioned is not really good, and when he has multiple hotels why does she needs to stay in such a low-class hotel?

"You're staying here, I'll prepare a room for you, and also you will leave soon right?" Augustus asked her that felt more like a command as he was showing her that he doesn't want her to stay here for long.

All hopes and emotions that were surging in Laura's heart went down in an instant, as she looked at him with sad eyes.

"Huh... so you're still afraid that I will hurt your relationship with my sister?" She thought as she smiled bitterly.

"Thanks for your offer, Mr. Augustus. But I am happy the way I am and I will leave for sure. You don't need to worry about it." She told him firmly and then left the stage in disappointment.

Augustus frowned heavily as he stared at her back for a long. "Did I overreact?" He murmured as his eyes then started to look for his wife, Lisa.

After dinner, a huge conference was held where multiple reporters asked multiple questions to Lisa and Augustus. Some even asked disrespectful questions to Lisa, some even body-shamed her.

Augustus kept supporting his wife all the time but as it is said you can't shut people's mouths at once.

After the conference was over, Lisa stood up disheartened and left the party dejectedly.

Augustus noticed the change as he quietly followed her behind.

Laura was playing with kids not interested in the reception, she heard the reporter's question and felt uncomfortable with their criticism of her sister.

But she was glad that Augustus supported her, she felt envious too but she can't help it as long as she would be near them she would always feel like that.

In order to keep things in peace, she definitely has to leave as soon as she can.

Laura suddenly then made up her mind as she walked out to look for her sister and bid her goodbye. She has planned to leave this city the very next morning as Augustus's words affected her deeply.

She went up to the Presidential suite as she was looking around she heard the voices and her legs subconsciously followed the way voices are coming from.

"They told the truth, Augustus. What do I have that would make you fall in love with me? Look at me." Lisa's hoarse voice came, it seems like she is crying badly.

"I don't give a f**k about what people say about you. You are my life and my everything. You are beautiful to me in every way." Augustus comforted her.

Laura stepped closer to the door as it was slightly opened, she peeked inside and saw Augustus holding her sister, Lisa from behind while slowly caressing her bare shoulders.

He was lightly kissing her shoulder in an attempt to calm her down.

Lisa sniffed as she turned her head to the side and looked at him, "I am ugly and fat now." She confessed bitterly as Augustus kissed her cheek with affection.

"No, you're not. In fact, you're more beautiful than before." As he said that he started placing soft kisses on her neck, kissed her earlobe, and bit it playfully.

"Augustus No. We still have guests." Lisa reminded him as she was fully aware of his intentions.

"Huh, Lisa. You are supposed to pull me to you now. Instead of stopping me." Augustus chuckled and pretended to be angry.

While Lisa laughed and tried to break his grip on her waist.

But the next moment, she got completely froze as Augustus pulled down her zipper and removed her dress in just a few seconds.

"Ahh...." she yelled in panic as Augustus picked her up and put her gently on the sofa.

"Augustus you're never going to change," Lisa complained but he just grinned shamelessly.

"I will never change and neither my love for you. Now be a good wife and let me have a good taste of you." Augustus said meaningfully as he took off his clothes and soon they both started making love on the sofa.

Laura who was standing at the door felt embarrassed while peeking at their intimate moment just when she decided to withdraw herself from the door.

A large warm pair of arms wrapped her waist and pulled her close. Before she could yell, a big hand was placed on her mouth as the man whispered in her ear in a deep voice, "Sssshhh, I am here to love you."

Laura's body hair stood in shock, this voice, this touch, and the tickling sensation she got on her shoulder when the man whispered the words in her ear.

Who's this? And these words? She shook her head feeling her heart coming up to her throat no this man can't be the one she dreamt of...
