In Front of Everyone, She Madly Slandered Me As A Mistress
Chapter 2
The guests coming today were all invited by Eric, and some of them were mutual friends of Eric and Lauren.
I was not familiar with them.
Seeing Lauren being so arrogant, some people who didn't know the truth really thought I was a mistress.
"This woman is so shameless. She is so desperate. She said that the husband held a funeral for her mother-in-law. She even dared to welcome the guests."
"I hate shameless women like this the most. They will do anything for money without any bottom line."
Someone shouted at Lauren, "We all support you. You should teach these mistresses a lesson!"
Lauren became even more proud and came up to me and slapped me.
I couldn't stand it anymore and fought back. "I know you are Eric's first love, but you have been separated for many years. Now I am his legal wife. You have no right to lecture me here."
Lauren covered her face in disbelief.
"This is outrageous! The mistress dares to attack the wife. Beat her up together!"
The women behind Lauren, who saw everyone as their enemy, swarmed towards me.
The attack was cruel and vicious.
Lauren looked around proudly and saw the portrait of the deceased placed in the middle of the mourning hall.
"She has no right to display the portrait. Today is Kelly's funeral. Kelly's photo should be displayed here."
As she said this, Lauren kicked her Mary's portrait to the ground and replaced it with a photo of Kelly.
When I saw the dog in the photo, I was stunned.
It was this dog that rushed out and bit Mary for no reason when we were taking a walk.
I finally realized that it was Lauren's dog that killed Mary!
I lost my mind for a moment.
"Lauren, you murderer. It was your dog that killed Mary!"
"Kelly not a small country dog. How could she bite people randomly? It's obvious that you killed it on purpose to threaten me."
Lauren was so angry that she stepped on the photo of Mary a few times.
"I won't tolerate a mistress like you pretending to be so arrogant here. Take a look and see if there is anything related to her. Smash them all and replace them with Kelly's things."
The fighting power of the alliance was amazing.
The guests were so frightened that they dared not come forward.
I was pinned to the ground and watched helplessly as they smashed all of Mary's favorite things.
Lauren picked up the bracelet on the table and said, "You bought this with my husband's money. You don't deserve such a good thing. I would rather break it than give it to you."
That was Mary's bracelet!
Mary never forgot it before she died.
I rushed forward to stop Lauren, but unfortunately I was too late and the bracelet was smashed to pieces.
I tried to pick up the bracelet with tears, but she crushed the back of my hand with her high heels.
While I was in so much pain that I couldn't stand up, he picked up a wine bottle and smashed it on my head.
