End of the world crisis

I posted online, warning everyone that the weather was acting strangely and suggesting they stock up on supplies.

My post quickly gained great attention. Some people agreed and said they would immediately go out to buy supplies, while others blamed me for fear-mongering for attention.

In response, I replied to the comments, suggesting that they should stock up on purified water and non-perishable food, and prepare items that could float in water.

By 10 o'clock in the evening, Deon and his family had finally finished dinner. I opened my door and noticed that Deon was drunk. I told him I had a slight fever and needed to go to the hospital.

Taryn grinned and said, "Deon is too drunk to take you. Why don't you go to the hospital by yourself tonight?"

I nodded, hiding a smile, and left the villa with an umbrella.

Just before leaving, I destroyed the water purification system in the villa secretly.

If they didn't value water, let's see if they could survive without it this time!
