Divorce A Cruel Wife
Chapter 1
Sarah was stabbed by a lunatic and sent to the hospital. Only my wife, who was known as a surgeon of genius, could operate.
I made countless phone calls, but none of them were answered.
I received a message on my phone about my wife booking a hotel room.
In a moment of desperation, I ran to the hotel. As soon as I opened the door, I saw my wife applying medicine to her first love.
I was extremely sad, but I understood that it was not the time to blame her. I held my wife's hand, about to save Sarah.
My wife slapped me hard.
"Bryce injured his hand. I booked a room to apply medicine to him, but you thought I cheated on you. Don't bring my mom into this."
She left before I could say anything.
That day, Sarah died with regret and left us forever.

"Zane, the knife has pierced through the abdomen, causing rapid and excessive blood loss. The patient needs surgery quite urgently. I need Dr. Brown in the operating room when she arrives."
Dr. Harris hurriedly came out and said a few words before turning back in.
"You must be quick, otherwise Sarah won't last two hours."
I was in a panic, but there was nothing I could do.
Since I stepped into the hospital, I had been calling my wife, Jade Brown, but she didn't answer.
I held my phone and called again. Luckily, she finally answered the phone.
"Zane Miller, what do you want to do?"
On the other end of the phone, her voice was filled with anger.
"Hurry back, your mom is in the operating room."
Before I could finish speaking, the call was cut off.
I tried calling again, but her phone was turned off.
At the same time, I received a message from a hotel which was located in the east of the city.
At a glance, I knew this was not a scam message.
Today, Jade was off. She told me that she and Bryce Allen were going to the east of the city to look at houses, but I didn't expect them to go to a hotel.
For a moment, I had mixed emotions.
But I quickly suppressed them and took a taxi to the east of the city.
Sarah was my mentor, treating me with great kindness like her own son.
I wouldn't easily give up on her life.
When I arrived at the hotel, I read the message to find out the room number. Standing at the door, I took a few deep breaths to calm myself down.
I knocked on the door, but there was no sound. After a while, Jade's voice came from inside the room.
"Who is it?"
"It's me."
As soon as I finished speaking, something heavy fell to the ground in the room.
After a while, the door opened from the inside, revealing Jade's beautiful face.
Today, she deliberately put on light makeup and wore a pure white dress, just like when I first met her.
The door was wide open, and at a glance, I saw Bryce sitting on the bed inside.
My gaze quickly swept over the two of them. Their clothes were neat, but the bedding was messy.
Before I could say anything, Jade angrily asked, "What do you mean, Zane? Since when have you been following me?"
...
Jade looked at me with disgust as if I shouldn't be there.
I didn't question why the two of them were in a hotel room. I knew Sarah was in a very bad condition and anxiously pulled Jade out.
"Sarah was stabbed by a mentally ill person. Come with me to the hospital. Only you can perform the surgery now!"
Jade forcefully shook off my hand and glared at me, speechless with disgust.
"My mom called me an hour ago and said she went to school to organize some documents and would be back at noon."
"She was stabbed by a lunatic? Zane, use your brain even when you lie!"
Jade obviously didn't believe me.
Bryce stood up and walked to the door.
"Zane, Jade and I booked a hotel room because my hand was injured. You and she are a couple. There should be some trust, right? Why did you follow us to the hotel, trying to catch us cheating?"
"What do you really think of Jade?"
He showed his injured arm and said, full of righteous indignation, "Sarah's nice to you. Why did you curse her?"
...
In just a few words, he twisted the truth and Jade looked at me with even more disgust.
"You're really getting more and more insane. Not only are you restricting my freedom by tracking me, but you're also lying about my mom being stabbed. Should I send you to a mental hospital to calm you down?"
