After My Heart Died, My Ex-husband Regretted It Chapter 1

On the way to buy a birthday present for my husband, I was dragged ten meters away by someone in a car. I woke up after being rushed to the hospital.

But I found that Jeremy Savero, my dear husband, who never posted updates, had updated his updates for the first time. The woman in the photo was wearing revealing sexy lingerie, holding a bright red rose in her mouth and smiling charmingly at the camera. And the caption said, "Look, whose little naughty cat is this."

Many people commented on his updates, praising them for their playfulness.

Only one person commented, "Brother, have you blocked your wife?"

The next second, this circle of friends disappeared quietly, as if it had never appeared.

Perhaps he was guilty and sent me a message, [Honey, go home early tonight, I bought you a gift.]

In the past, I always replied to his messages in seconds. But this time, I calmly turned a blind eye.

When Jeremy returned home, I had just put the medicine prescribed by the doctor into the drawer.

"Honey, I sent you a message, why didn't you reply to me?"

Hearing this question, I raised my eyebrows. Jeremy rarely called me honey, unless he had done something he felt guilty about.

I closed the drawer, sat on the sofa and said lightly, "I didn't look at my phone. What did you send me?"

"Nothing, I just want you to go home early."

As he said this, he walked towards me. As he got closer, he saw the stitches on my face and frowned, "You are an adult, but you still fall when you walk. Do you think you are a child?"

He looked unhappy and even a little irritated. Because in two days, I would personally broadcast live for the company's brand in the name of the president's wife. On the one hand, I wanted netizens to feel that the company was close to the people and on the other hand, it was to increase the credibility of the product. If it was before, I would definitely argue with him and tell him about the bad things that happened to me recently.

But now, there was no need. Because if his mind was in this house, he could see the crutches I put in the corner.

Yesterday I went out to get the birthday gift specially customized for him and I wanted to hold a birthday party for him that was different from usual. But on the way back, a van rushed towards me. I was anxious to hide and the gift bag in my hand accidentally got caught on the rearview mirror of the van.

I was dragged ten meters away. The driver not only did not stop, but accelerated. Fortunately, a passerby appeared in time and I was rescued.

When I woke up from the hospital, I wanted to call him to tell him about this.

But I unexpectedly saw that he, who never posted on Instagram, had updated his status for the first time. I realized that Jeremy had someone else outside. Thinking of the despair at that time, my heart suddenly jumped and countless needle-like pains attacked me.

I endured the surging emotions in my heart, without raising my head and said calmly, "I won't affect the live broadcast, I will go as promised when the time comes."

Jeremy glanced at me, did not respond to this topic, but casually took out a small black box from his pocket and threw it over.

As he moved, I smelled a faint smell of women's perfume. I didn’t know if it was on the box or on him. I didn't open it to see what was inside and threw it directly on the coffee table. I often saw this box on a shopping app and the items were priced at 10 dollars.
