Whose Child Is My Wife Carrying?
Chapter 3
I spent a lot of money to contact a hacker and sent him all the surveillance records at home.
Coincidentally, when I was renovating the place, my friend from childhood recommended hidden surveillance to me. I said OK and then totally forgot about it, and of course, Celeste wouldn't know.
In the following days, Celeste took her medicine on time. Other than that, she acted normal.
The hacker analyzed her phone password and sent it to me.
It was then that I realized that she never let me see her phone after getting married, even when she went to the bathroom or took a shower.
Finally, I took her phone while she was sleeping, but I couldn't find anything suspicious.
Even though I hired someone to investigate, there was nothing. During the time I was away on the business trip, she had three meals with Leon, but there were also other people present. The rest of the time, she only went out shopping or to Paige's house.
Leon was from out of town, and it was easy to find out everything about him. Even my assistant, Eric Mccarthy, asked me if I got Celeste wrong.
But the next day, Eric told me Celeste was meeting Leon at some hotel.
I went there from the company at once. On the way, I received photos of the two of them separating after having a meal together.
Suspicious, I returned home and saw Paige and Rocky.
"Jed, Celeste said that you took on a big project. Help Rocky out, will you? We're family."
Rocky placed the gift on the coffee table politely and said.
"In the future, if I have a profitable business, I'll return the favor."
Looking at Rocky, who was so polite, I suddenly thought of a famous saying.
"When you have excluded the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."
Apart from the identity of Celeste's cousin, Rocky completely met all the requirements.
I inexplicably remembered the day when the three walked out of the hospital, talking and laughing.
"Jed, hello? What are you thinking? Mom and Rocky are talking to you."
Celeste came in, nudged me, and warmly greeted them to sit down.
