Too Late for Love

I returned to our place and packed up everything that belonged to me.

The most important item was that wedding dress.

I had poured my heart and soul into it.

From choosing the bridal shop to deciding on the style and color, I was involved in every detail.

After waiting painfully for six months, I finally got it.

I still hadn't worn it even once because I had planned to wear it for the first time in front of Norman.

Unfortunately, that opportunity was gone.

The custom-made wedding dress couldn't be returned, so I grabbed a pair of scissors and cut it into pieces.

As I cut the wedding dress, I thought I would cry, but surprisingly, I stayed completely calm.

Maybe the buildup of disappointments had finally led me to this moment of acceptance.

Before I left, I wanted to write him a note as a final goodbye.

But when I picked up the pen, I realized I didn't know what to say.

In the end, I left calmly and went to my childhood friend Lina's place.
