Chapter 6

Quin's POV

I made the worst mistake ever.

Drinking and getting drunk was never my thing, not to talk of getting married to someone I don't know.

He ran away with evidence of the matrimonial but lucky for him Jake sent me a picture of us that was posted on the internet, but his face was fucking blur.

Then there is my personal assistant who doesn't sit well with me but I want to find out why. His name sounded very familiar, probably like a rival or maybe a fling from way back. I haven't done a deep background check on him yet but he looks interesting.

I'm having dinner with my dad. I can't concentrate. He'll definitely notice something isn't right, he always does.

"Claire Blackmore has agreed to marry you." He said with a stern look.

I stabbed the stake like it offended me.

"Dad."

" Or do you want me to ask Anthony about his son? He has a gay son?" My mom chipped in.

My parents are insufferable. It took me the whole of college to build up the courage to tell them I like both girls and boys, and surprisingly they took it well.

The moment I clocked twenty nine they kept pestering me about getting married.

Then I got a message from Jake who was assisting me in searching for my runaway husband.

It was a phone number and below it he wrote.

"Don't have a name yet but that's likely to be his contact."

I sent a quick

"Thanks man."

And sent a message to the number.

"Dear husband, you think you can run from me. I'll find you. "

And continued dinner with my parents.

"Mom, dad, I'll get married when the time is right."

My dad scoffed

"Oh darling, if we keep waiting for you the time might never be right and we won't get to have grandkids from you till we die." Mom said.

"Come on mom. Your princess just got married not long ago, why do you want another wedding so soon?"

"Your sister is different from you." My dad said.

"Fine." I said in resignation.

I agreed to meet the candidates they each had in mind.

We looked like the happiest family on the outside but it was different. My dad smiled but made sure he had everything under control including how I should smile or blink. Me and my sister, Billie, didn't have a choice but to go with it.

Billie got married because of the pressure and now they want to do the same thing to me and the wedding isn't up to 5 months yet.

I called Ben my chauffeur to bring the car over to take me home, after making sure my parents left the restaurant.

I wanted to go for a drink but the last time I drank , I made the greatest mistake ever. I got married. I had slipped out after a very stressful day of talking to people I have no interest in business wise or sexually. I went back to the hotel but a particular red head man entering the bar caught my attention. I couldn't resist and now we're married.

I checked my phone for the tenth time since I sent the message to my runaway husband. The name he gave me that night doesn't seem to belong to anyone apparently. I hope I don't go crazy searching for him.

By the time I got home I'd stopped checking my phone for any form of message. Maybe it was the wrong guy. But Jake has never been wrong. I quickly sent a message to him.

"Are you sure it's the right one?"

"Chill man. It's the only one I could get that belonged to the redhead in the picture."

"It better be. He hasn't replied to my text." I typed out.

"Maybe he hasn't seen it." Jake texted back.

I sighed, threw the phone a little too hard onto my bed and went to freshen up.

I turned the shower on and memories of the night I spent with the sexy runaway redhead kept racing through my head.

I didn't realise I was stroking myself until I was doing so faster.

I've had many encounters with red heads just like him but he was different. The way he submitted and took me in like he was made for me. No I meant his hole was meant to take me.

One hand on the wall and the other continued to stroke my hard length. I focused my thoughts on how hot he was and the heat inside him every time I thrust into him.

The way he moaned shamelessly. I increased the pace, stroking faster and faster as I shut my eyes tighter.

He smelled good too but I couldn't place my hand on what the smell was.

I pushed the thoughts of the smell back and focused on the rhythm of our body. How we moved in sync, him pushing himself to meet my every thrust.

My breathing became rugged.

"FU...CK"

My balls tightened and I came with a low growl.

I washed off and went to get ready for bed.

After putting on nothing but a comfortable short I picked up my phone. A message from my mom came in.

"Don't forget you agreed to meet Anthony's son."

I sent her one back

"Ok mom."

I needed to sleep and I had medication that helps with that.

Just when I was about to take my medication for sleeping another message came in. It was short and straightforward.

"Catch me if you can."
