Sunset Sinking Into the Sea
Chapter 9
Theo was stunned and then his face darkened.
“Zea, you have grown bolder, right? There should be a limit to your troubles, don’t keep challenging my bottom line.”
Amber followed Theo with a smug smile on her face.
“Zea was probably sad because you were in public yesterday, so she wanted to run away from home to threaten you.”
Zea put the suitcase at the door and looked out. The deliveryman hadn’t come yet.
Theo smiled contemptuously at this.
“Why, you’re not going to leave? Why aren’t you leaving now?”
Amber gently pushed Theo.
“Theo, look at how you talk! Zea ran away from home just to show you. Now that you’re back, she won’t really leave. She’s still waiting for you to coax her!”
After saying that, Amber pulled Theo’s hand and took him one step forward.
“Otherwise, you can say something nice to Zea and give her a way out. After all, she is still your sister and you can’t make things difficult for your uncle and aunt!”
Theo looked at Zea and snorted. “If she really wants to leave, let her go. Our Guzman Family is not a place where she can come whenever she wants. If she really leaves, don’t expect our Guzman Family to accept her again.”
Zea looked at Theo’s sharp eyes and her face darkened.
“Don’t worry, I won’t come back.”
Hearing Zea’s answer, Theo was startled. Before he could sarcastically say anything, Amber spoke before him.
“Zea, I know you are still sad about what happened yesterday, but Theo is your brother. Whether it is moral ethics or other aspects, you are impossible. Why do you force him? If you leave the Guzman Family, you will be nothing.”
Although Amber’s tone was persuasive, there was a hint of threat in her eyes.
“Amber, you don’t have to be hypocritical. I know you don’t want me to stay in the Guzman Family. You don’t have to treat me as an imaginary enemy. I have already let go of Theo. He is now just my step-brother.”
Zea’s voice was very light, but it revealed a chill.
“Zea.”
He didn’t know which of Zea’s words angered Theo. Theo had a gloomy face and directly passed Amber to grab Zea’s wrist and held it tightly in his palm.
“Say it again.”
Theo’s voice was like coming out of his teeth.
