Chapter 2

Amanda pushed the door open and walked in, only to see such a scene.

I was pinned to the ground by several people, the scissors had torn my clothes, revealing my fair skin underneath.

A few men nearby were leering at me, their hands ready to grope.

"You all!"

Amanda was furious. She rushed over and pushed all of them away, her face full of anger.

"What are you doing! There are bodyguards outside; if you treat the young lady like this, beware..."

She didn't finish her sentence before one of the men shoved her to the ground.

I shook my head at Aunt Amanda, signaling her to go out and get help.

But it was already too late.

Amanda had been restrained.

Even the gift I had prepared for Nora slipped from my hands and fell to the ground.

Nora bent down to pick it up and opened it to take a look.

A flash of amazement crossed her eyes.

It was a set of jewelry I had commissioned from a famous foreign designer, expensive and eye-catching.

The next second, the amazement in Nora's eyes turned into jealousy.

She grabbed the gift box and hurled it directly at my head.

Instinctively, I turned my head to avoid it, but I couldn't completely dodge the blow, and the corner of the box scraped against me.

Blood beaded up and oozed from the broken skin.

Amanda's face turned pale with fear.

She knew well that I had a clotting disorder.

I had been well cared for since childhood, never suffering from any injuries.

But now, I was being tormented by this group of people.

"Miss! You all, stop it!"

As she spoke, she struggled to crawl toward me, but one of the men grabbed her and dragged her away.

Amanda's head hit the corner of the coffee table, and I saw blood flowing from the back of her head.

She looked weak, but she still reached out, trying to crawl toward me, murmuring my name.

My eyes instantly turned red.

Amanda had raised me since I was a child; she had long since become my family.

I didn't know where I found the strength, but I suddenly broke free from their grasp.

Ignoring the tattered cloth hanging off me, I lunged toward Amanda.

"Get an ambulance! Why are you all just standing there?!"

"Amanda, Amanda, are you okay?"

"Don't scare me!"

Amanda weakly held my hand, her eyes full of worry for me.

But the next second, her eyes closed, and she completely lost consciousness.

With trembling hands, I brought my fingers to her nose.

And then, in horror, I realized.

She wasn't breathing anymore.

I collapsed on top of her, crying uncontrollably like an abandoned, helpless creature.

"Amanda, Aunt Amanda, don't scare me! Please, please..."

"So what if a bitch dies? What's all the crying for? It's so annoying!"

Nora frowned, and someone immediately dragged me off Amanda.

The men's disgusting hands began to grope my body.

I struggled, but I couldn't escape those revolting touches.

Tears streamed down my face, and I glared at Nora, "You'll regret this! You'll regret it... Let me go..."

Nora was unfazed, and even took out her phone from her bag, instructing the others to take out their phones and record me.

"Make sure to record this bitch thoroughly. Later, we'll show Jason exactly how she's being used and abused by everyone!"

"Sleeping with trash like her, Jason doesn't even worry about getting himself dirty!"

I shook my head, crying, and as the last pieces of clothing were torn from my body, my voice broke into sobs.

"No, please, let me go, please..."
