Chapter 1

Before the high school entrance examination, my nephew, Ethan Rogers, became depressed and was reluctant to study.

However, my brother's wife, Daisy Cooper, planned to inspire him by bullying him.

When I realized something was wrong, I quickly stopped her and took Ethan to a psychologist.

It helped him get out of depression and successfully get into high school.

But later, Ethan failed the college entrance examination and ended up having very humble work with a miserable salary.

However, Daisy brainwashed him, "If your aunt, Amber Rogers, hadn't interfered with my way of education, you would have soared to fame and lived a life of luxury."

Ethan held a grudge against me because of her misleading words and put drugs in my food every day.

Eventually, I became mentally ill, and my family sent me to an asylum where I was tortured to death.

After rebirth, after Daisy found out that Ethan was skipping school, she forced him to slap himself in public.

This time, I echoed, "Good job! Students should focus on their studies!"

***

"I spend money on you to study hard, not to cheat and skip all your classes! This is the last chance. Slap yourself 100 times in public, or I won't be your mother!"

As the familiar roar sounded in my ears, I suddenly realized that I was reborn.

In my previous life, it was also on a Friday when Daisy invited us to go shopping on a whim.

Halfway through our shopping, she noticed that Ethan, who should have been studying hard at school, was idling in the mall.

She had always been eager for her son's success, and what she saw irritated her instantly.

Regardless of the other's judgement, Daisy grabbed Ethan by the collar and started scolding him for 20 minutes.

Ethan explained timidly that he felt suffocated as soon as he arrived at school.

However, Daisy reputed him for being so artificial and said that she shouldn't have given in to him everything, which led him to such bad habits.

She sneered and said, "You just live too cozily, lacking in beating and whippings. From today on, I will use a different way of educating you."

The new method of education she mentioned was to force him to slap himself 100 times in public.

After noticing his bad mental state, I quickly realized that there must be a more severe problem with Ethan.

Then, I stopped Daisy and sent him to the hospital.

Later, Ethan was diagnosed with depression.

With treatment in the hospital, he gradually recovered and successfully took the high school entrance examination.

But what I didn't expect was that Daisy would blame me for Ethan's future mediocrity.

Several years later, he failed the college entrance examination and was repeatedly rejected from job applications.

Daisy would add fuel to the fire whenever he failed. "If you hadn't listened to your Amber and gone to that damn hospital for treatment, you would have earned a million dollars a year receiving my education."

After she repeated it a thousand times, Ethan actually began to believe it.

He asked my mother, Peyton Wilson, to cook for me every day and then secretly put drugs in the meals.

I ate it heartfully but ended up going insane.

Daisy was very happy after she knew that Ethan did those to me.

She forced Peyton to make a choice: whether she sent her own daughter to a mental hospital or put her own grandson to prison.

In the fear of hurting the little one, Peyton decided to hush me up.

After being locked up in an asylum for three years, I was turned into a real lunatic and died on the electric shock chair.

In my second life, which was the current moment, Peyton encouraged me to persuade Daisy to not torture her beloved grandson.

Instead of listening to her, I looked at Daisy with full approval. "Daisy is right. Students should focus on studying!"

My approval inspired her to make Ethan go through the punishment of slapping himself a hundred times.

Facing the fiery gazes of the people around him, Ethan promised with a swollen face and tears that he would never skip any classes again.

Daisy boasted to herself proudly, "Children nowadays are so hypocritical and fragile. They feel uncomfortable all day long when they study. You see, fists and curses will make everything better."

She believed that with this kind of education, Ethan would be diligent and motivated.

Only then could he be admitted to a grand high school, an Ivy League university, and find a job with an annual salary of over a million.

OK!

I was ready to see how this bullying-style education would help that little loser!
