Obcession Of The Prince

Edward suddenly said, "Eric, that guy is not what you think he is. In fact, he is not bad."

I stared blankly for a moment: "As you can see. . . ."

Edward smiled and said, "Do you think I've been talking to the law teacher all this time, discussing problems with him?" After that, Edward added, "I deliberately made mistakes in many places, and then I created a lot of lame reasons just to let him argue with me!"

I patted my forehead, "Yes, of course! I also think you shouldn't make so many low-level mistakes!"

Edward said very solemnly, "Thank you, I don't know how to continue without you. You saved me and Eric!"

After saying that, Edward gave me a kiss on the cheek without warning. I was scared so I stepped back. With a bang, I bumped into the transformer.

I cried out in pain.

Edward asked with concern, "Are you alright? Did it hurt you?"

He held out his gentle hand and searched for the place where I was hit.

Just then, a strong light shot in, and the door of the substation room was opened. And the huge figure of the law teacher blocked the light again.

He laughed and pointed at me, "I finally caught you!"

When I turned my head to Edward, my voice weakened, "His Royal Highness, why are you here?"

3rd Person POV

The final exam is coming. Eric is studying carefully every day but he has always been second place. No matter how hard he works, he cannot pass Edward, and Edward seems very relaxed every time.

He felt so bad in his heart that Edward was paralyzing himself in front of people. He wants to find out!

He couldn't study anymore, so he put down his book and left his room.

He is a prince, but it is true that the illegitimate child of the king always feels that he has the lowest status in the royal family, even worse than the chambermaids.  Everyone is respectful in front of him, but he seemed to have a super ability to hear these people talking ill of him behind his back.

He has to constantly prove himself as good as Edward, or even much better, so that others can be impressed by him. In that way, his title of being the prince would be justified.

Or maybe he can apprehend Edward's shortcomings, but Edward is cheerful and lively, just, kind and honest.

It's too hard to get hold of him and look for what he lacks. But Eric won't miss any chance. He thinks Edward can get good grades without studying. He must have worked hard behind his back or colluded with the teachers.

Eric sneaked into Edward's bedroom. At this time, it was nine o'clock in the morning, and there was no sound in Edward's room.

Eric thought that Edward was not in his room, and went out to study secretly in a corner that others didn't know. But when he took a closer look, Edward was lying in bed, fast asleep.

Eric got up at 4 o'clock in the morning to review, and he never expected Edward to still enjoy his sleep. Eric looked around and didn't know what to do. He saw some books on his desk.

Oh, it turned out that he studied late yesterday, so he still didn't get up to review.

He walked over and saw that it was a novel. Eric felt very bad in his heart, and just then Edward woke up.

"Who are you?" He asked.

Eric was guilty so he turned back ready to leave, but Edward saw it clearly. "Oh, it's you Eric, why are you up so early?"

Eric didn't know what to say, but he said, "It's already 9 o'clock!"

"9 o' clock? 9: 00 p.m.?" Edward looked at the window.

"But it's so bright. Extreme day?" Edward was puzzled.

"It's nine o'clock in the morning, brother." He exclaimed.

"It's so early, I haven't woken up yet, let's talk about it when I wake up!" From there, Edward fell back to sleep.

Okay, just go to sleep. I'm sure to win this time. Eric is full of confidence.

He stayed up all day. In the evening, he still didn't feel at ease. He came over to Edward's room again.

It was full of people. When he opened the door, countless people twisted their bodies in the flickering lights and noisy music.

Edward was among a group of women, holding a glass in his hand and swaying with the rhythm.

His eyes were blurred. He saw Eric and put his arms around him. "You're here, let's play!"

"I have work to do!" Eric shirked. He went back to his room and struggled to work until 4 a.m., while Edward played until 4 a.m...

During the exam this afternoon, Edward's hangover from drinking alcohol did not seem to have dissipated.

After 20 minutes, Eric just finished less than a quarter, while Edward handed in the paper.

Eric thought, maybe it was because he didn't review and handed in a blank paper.

Three days later, the results came down, Edward got full marks and Eric got 95 points!

All the results were released, and Edward almost got full marks in every subject, which made him the first.

Eric was crushed on the ground.

His heart is very depressed, he wants to vent out!

He wandered around the garden behind the palace, just like a soul without foundation. The more beautiful he saw the beautiful garden and the magnificent palace, the more hateful he felt and hated it.

Every flower, grass and building here was as beautiful as Edward.

He stepped on the flowers, pulled weeds and urinated towards the high wall of the palace. He suddenly heard a crash on the wall. Eric thought someone was coming, and hurriedly closed his trousers' zipper. He turned around and looked but no shadow was found..

Just when he was wondering, there was another crash. When he looked carefully, it turned out that there was a lovely kitten on the wall. It seems that it is only a few months old.

Meow ~ meow ~ the kitten meowed lovely and came up to Eric little by little. He saw clearly that it was a gray civet cat. He touched the little civet cat's head, and rubbed his head on Eric's back, making a snoring sound in his throat, which seemed very enjoyable.

"How lovely!" Eric sighed. "You are a wonderful thing. This beauty reminds me of Edward!"

Eric stared into the cat's eyes. He picked up the kitten in one hand.

The kitten is still meowing. Eric grabbed the kitten's neck with his hand.

A moment later, the kitten's body became stiff so he put it on the stone. The kitten lay there, with its tongue stretched out, and it was still.

Eric sighed and left, and a paper in his pocket fell out. He didn't care.

This is Edward's test paper. He should have a good look at the last question. Why can't he do it himself, but Edward can do it so easily.
