My Husband’s First Love Slandered Me As A Mistress
Chapter 2
"Let's stand strong. Today we must beat that mistress until she begs for mercy!" Blanche, a woman with a fierce look and long curly hair, shouted aggressively.
"Serena, don't worry. With so many friends supporting you today, our strongest sisterhood will definitely help you teach that mistress a lesson, leaving her bruised and in tears!"
These people spoke with such anger and righteousness as if they were warriors heading into battle.
I looked at Serena in confusion, not recalling her mentioning marriage.
It was still working hours; why did she come here to confront a mistress?
Leon's company was several kilometers away from mine, and we didn't work in the same building.
As I was speculating, Serena led the group of women right up to me.
Before I could ask what was going on, Serena pointed at me with gritted teeth.
"Hit her! This is the mistress who seduced my boyfriend!"
The group of brainless women incensed all lunged at me.
Seeing the situation was off, I quickly retreated into my office.
The group of women stopped, glaring at me with anger.
"My goodness. The successful female CEO has stooped to being a mistress!"
Serena pointed at me again, fanning the flames. "So what? Even a goddess as a mistress deserves a beating! Hit her!"
Before I could call security, these women, under Serena's command, swarmed towards me.
Up until this moment, I was still bewildered, not understanding why they were targeting me in their fight against mistresses.
I shouted to the group urgently, "Wait a minute! You've got the wrong person. I'm not a mistress!"
As soon as I finished speaking, Serena slapped me across the face with a snarl.
"Bitch! We're here to hit you! You've become a CEO yet still seduce my boyfriend. Shameless!"

Before I could react, Blanche also came at me, beating me up.
"You're so wealthy and yet you're someone's mistress! You're just asking for it!"
The onlookers outside also squeezed in to see the drama.
"It's eye-opening! This woman is so beautiful and wealthy, yet she's a mistress!"
The crowd surrounded me, talking and pointing, berating me mercilessly.
I held my reddened face from the beating, glaring at Serena.
"Serena, have you lost your mind? When did I become someone's mistress? Please clarify, who is your boyfriend?"
Serena snorted coldly, pointing at my face and shouting, "You know in your heart whose mistress you are. Don't play innocent with me!"
With that, she threw her phone onto the table.
"You want evidence before you admit it? Then see for yourself!"
I frowned and looked over to see a photo of Leon and me dining together on Valentine's Day.
In the photo, we were in a loving embrace, with the caption: [Happy Valentine's Day, Honey!]
I actually never post photos online. It was Leon who insisted on showing our love that day, and that's why I posted it.
"This is a photo of me celebrating Valentine's Day with my husband. What's the problem? What does it have to do with you confronting a mistress?"
