Love is an indescribable pain. Chapter 1

For the first time, a male assistant appeared beside the president’s wife who was allergic to the opposite sex.

The little boy is so innocent that it makes people feel sad.

She kept him by his side all the time, teaching him step by step, and lost herself in his passionate and adoring gaze.

The little boy took advantage of his favor and insisted on buying the high-end custom-made leather shoes that already had my name engraved on them.

Elena Williams smiled indulgently: "This is the first time he asked me for something, Darling, you have so many shoes that you can't wear them all, so let him have them this time."

I turned a deaf ear to him, signed the bill, turned around and left.

Elena quickly caught up with me, and reluctantly pulled me into her arms and coaxed me gently.

"A insignificant intern is worth your jealousy? I only have Darling in my heart, you know."

Three years later, his parents' company went bankrupt and they both committed suicide by jumping off a building.

When I was having a mental breakdown, Elena threw a pair of shoes in front of me, looked down at me, and said that all this was her doing.

"Don't you like custom-made leather shoes? Look, isn't this more interesting than crocodile or ostrich leather?"

I looked at the clear skin lines on it and screamed in disbelief.

"Elena, you are absolutely crazy!"

I couldn't bear the successive blows and jumped off the roof.

When I opened my eyes again, I was back to the day when Ryan Miller and I were fighting for shoes.

This time, I handed over the leather shoes, walked aside and made a phone call.

"Sister, do me a favor."

"Elena, this bag is so beautiful, I want this one, is it okay?"

My new custom-made leather shoes were rudely snatched away from me. I turned around in shock and saw Elena's face.

In her previous life, she had framed her parents to the point of having no where to go. They both committed suicide and even had their faces cruelly peeled off.

I forced myself to suppress the hatred and fear in my heart.

"Ethan, the company's new assistant, doesn't know the rules."

"But this is the first time he asked me for something. I promised him that you have too many leather shoes to wear, so why not give them to him this time?"

Her tone was gentle but carried an authority that could not be refused.

Before I could say anything, the male assistant looked at me apologetically, wrinkling his nose.

"Boss, I'm sorry, I didn't know it was you, sir... Have I gotten into trouble..."

"Look at the gentleman, he seems a little unhappy. Is he blaming me for stealing his shoes? If that's the case, I don't want them..."

He said no, but held the leather shoes tightly in his arms, his eyes red.

Elena frowned and was about to speak, so I stepped forward and gently patted his shoulder.

"You robbed the person, it's just a pair of shoes, why do you feel guilty?"

The contemptuous look from the salesperson in the store instantly defeated him.

"So he's a gigolo... so shameless..."

He cried like crazy and shook his head aggrievedly, "No, I have never robbed anyone..."

Elena panicked and frantically tried to comfort him.

I watched coldly, walked aside and dialed the phone.

The familiar lazy voice on the other end of the phone gave me confidence.

"Sophia Johnson, do me a favor."

When I hung up the phone, Elena saw the smile on my face and frowned unhappily.

"Who are you talking to on the phone? You're having such a good chat."

"Nothing, my friend invited me to drink and play cards."

I lied casually and she didn't suspect anything.

After all, since I married him, I have been content to be a full-time househusband. The number of people I come into contact with is very small, and they are all under her control.

Her brows relaxed a little and she forced out a helpless smile.
