Love is A Struggle, without Doubt or Thought

Annette looked at me indifferently. “Aurelie Solstice, I used to hate it when I saw you being so high and mighty. Now it's great, you've become a slut scorned by ten thousand people!”

I just silenced. I didn’t say anything to her at this moment.

Chaiden pushed the bedroom door hard from the outside. He then pushed me to the ground

He then grabbed Annette and asked in a soft voice, “Annette, what's going on? Why are you arguing?”

Annette looked at Chaiden who was in front of her for that moment. She then burst into tears.

Annette cried out as she spoke. Chaiden turned to look at me with ice-coldness under his eyes.

After saying that, he picked up Annette and turned around to leave. Before leaving, Annette looked at me and revealed a victorious smile. Her clothes were soaked with tears.

I looked around the home that I had set up with my own hands and Chaiden's little by little. I then looked at myself in the mirror. I laughed out loud for that moment. It turned out that everything was fake.

Since they want to destroy me, I won't let them get away with it and have a good time.

Thinking of this, I took out my cell phone. I dialled the phone number that I knew a long time ago. Unfortunately, it hadn't been dialled for years.

After Chaiden left the room, he felt a little regret for what he had said. He felt that what he said to me was a bit too harsh. Because it seemed that Annette did not seem to have any problems.

As soon as she left the house, Annette yelled that she wanted to go to the mall to look at the limited edition bag. Chaiden had a moment of hesitation. But when he thought of my good behaviour on weekdays, he gradually put down his heart.

When he arrived at the mall, he took advantage of Annette’s attention to call Albert. He ordered Albert to go home and help himself to look at the state of Aurelie.

After hanging up the phone, Chaiden was completely at peace. He knew that Aurelie's matter could be handled by Albert alone.

Chaiden was very worried all day. All day long, he brought Annette to the mall. They were like a couple in their honeymoon period.

They spent the whole day in the shopping mall. When the sky darkened, Annette finally yelled that she was tired and wanted to go back.

After returning to the car, Chaiden breathed a sigh of relief. He then wanted to check his phone. When he picked up his cell phone, he found his notifications filled with a hundred missed calls. All from Albert.

Chaiden's heart sank at that moment. He then called back while starting the car.

The phone was answered right after it rang. Albert on the other end of the line was extremely panicked.

Albert explained, “Chaiden, it's not good. Aurelie has disappeared now. The hundreds of millions of liquid funds in the group's account have disappeared. I don't know where the reporters got the information. They are all blocking the entrance of the group right now, Chaiden.”
