Chapter 3

"Honey, this chicken soup is made from old hens that my mother specially bought from my hometown. It is the most nourishing for babies, so you must drink more of this soup."

As soon as I woke up from a state of travel, I looked at all this familiarity, then the tears flowed down from my eyes.

I stretched out my hand and saw the sunlight passing through my fingers. Then, I gently touched my face with my hand and felt the temperature of my skin.

As soon as Andre saw me burst into tears, he put down the chicken soup and hugged me, "What's wrong, honey?"

When I saw Andre's disgusting face, I pushed him away and ran to the toilet to retch.

In the mirror, I saw my delicate and small face, with a beautiful pair of eyes. It was completely different from the bloated and obese woman in my previous life.

Soon, I was ecstatic in my heart. Could it be that I was really reborn?

Furthermore, I was reborn when I was just pregnant.

After gathering my emotions, I opened the door and walked out.

I could see that Andre still held the bowl of chicken soup with floating oil in his hand.

"Krista, drink it while it's hot," he said.

I frowned and said displeased, "I really have no appetite now. Why don't you drink it then?"

Andre was confused when she saw that I refused, so he explained, "My mom worked so hard for you. I think she won't let me drink it."

I picked up the bowl and brought it to his mouth, then said, "Drink it. It won't taste good when it's cold. Rather than throwing it away when it's cold, it's more cost-effective to put it in your stomach. What do you think?"

In order not to arouse my suspicion Andre picked up the bowl and drank it all in one gulp.

After a while, the sound of vomiting came from the toilet.

I sneered, “Such a bastard.”

The next day, my mother-in-law prepared another chicken soup.

Looking at the bowl of chicken soup, I fell into deep thought. So, she added ingredients to it? But what ingredients were added?

I pretended to take it back to the bedroom to drink, but when they were not paying attention, I poured it all into a plastic bag and put it in my bag.

After securing it out, I took my things and went to the Testing Center.

Three days later, when I looked at the test results in my hand, I was so angry that my nails were embedded in my flesh.

The chicken soup carefully prepared by my mother-in-law contains a large amount of hormones, which would not only make me gain weight, but also have a certain probability of causing teratogenesis in the fetus.

They were really cruel.

After I saved the test report, I returned home with a normal expression even if I was grumbling in my heart.
