In Love With My Contract Husband

Eleanor's POV

Indeed, after class, people seemed to have moved on so fast. I have no idea what Emil did. I thanked him as we approached the restaurant. 

As I was about to enter, I was welcomed with some sort of water splashing on me. I couldn't see for some minutes but Emil helped me clean my eyes. It was then that I could clearly see what had happened. It was Jess, with her friends. And what I was drenched in was mud. I held the tears that threatened to fall down my face.

" Now that's how you should look, '' Jess said and left. I was really numb. I turned to Emil who was slightly hit by the mud too. That was it, I couldn't hold my tears back anymore as they fell. Emil patted me and helped me to the restroom. After rinsing my face, I looked into the mirror and saw how messed up I was. I'm a total loser. I shouldn't even be living.

I headed out and begged Emil to take me home. The ride was silent and I soon got home. I was glad no one was at home and bid Emil goodbye. Walking around was a bit hard today and the pain I felt today was quite different too. I took the spare keys from a particular window.

I went straight to the bathroom and had a proper shower. After changing my clothes, I sank into my bed with my face on the bed. It was as if my world shouldn't have existed. Everything keeps clashing. No peace, no freedom, nothing. I'm a nice picture of a beautiful mess. Broken, drenched, destroyed…and all I can do is watch myself dying. " Rinnnnnnng" my phone rang, taking me away from my sadness.

I picked up and waited for the person to talk.

"Baby, I'm back" 

"What!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed. As I jumped off my bed.

I jumped up in excitement as I heard Augie's voice. He's finally back.

" Where are you now, I'm coming right now" 

" Same old place," he said simply. I quickly dressed up and rushed down to his house. I missed him, he had been gone for two months. Getting to his house, I knocked then he came to open the door.

I couldn't even say anything, just threw my arms around him, almost crying because I still felt pain, but the joy right here was more. He laughed and took me inside his room. I refused to let go. I really missed him. Didn't even know how I'd put my head around it. Finally, I broke the hug and looked into his eyes. He had changed and the look in his eyes wasn't really as it used to be.

" I missed you," he said in simplicity. Was he forcing it?

" Are you sure?" I asked and he kissed me. I missed this soul, this body, this lips. I kissed him back and he broke the kiss. Settling me to sit in his bed, I asked how he was and how his trip was from there. He explained something which I didn't listen to, I was busy looking at his face. He could disappear anytime.

He must have noticed me not answering him and just staring because he suddenly kissed me. It wasn't like the first one, this was deep. I kissed him back, passionately enough to break the spell of longing in him. Soon we were on the bed, kissing our way out. I missed everything about him. I wanted him to kiss me more and more…but something was off. I could feel his hand trying to find its way underneath my dress. That was a wrong move so I stopped the kiss and stepped away looking down.

" Babe, you know we can't do that right," I said in a tiny low voice. He came closer and used the tips of his fingers to tilt my head up to his face.

" And why not?

" You know. You know I'm still a virgin, I'm not ready"

He looked pissed, we just got to see each other after just a few months and you're already giving me a hard time. I looked at him and he suddenly moved to me, locking me down to the wall. I looked at him with startled and confused eyes.

" What are you doing?" I asked. He's never done this before. It's been four years since we've been dating and this was a new one.

" So what if you're a Virgin? I waited, I tried, but you have to fuck me today, it's the main reason I called you. Do you think you're that special? We are doing it today" 

I was wrong again, I thought coming to meet him would take my emotions but it added to it instead. I struggled to break off his hands but it failed and he smiled.

" Let me go!" I screamed, "Please, I'm not ready" I cried. Augie was never like this, though he was always nagging but he was never this way. I saw an opening so I kicked his balls and ran off in tears. I heard his scream as I left

" Don't you ever come back" he screamed.

I ran as fast as I could. When I finally got home, I went straight to my room and locked the door. I rested my back on the door as I sat on the floor folding my knees up to cross my arms around it and rested my head as I sobbed. I never pictured it going that way. He just came back and he's already asking for sex? Something was off. Off.

After crying, I went to sleep. The next day, I called Emil and told him everything. I don't think I'd ever be able to hide anything from that guy. My stepmom came and ordered me around as usual. There was nothing much I could do. Occasionally, I'd meet Van and Jess and they always made a mess of me. 

After what seemed like a week of torment, I decided to see August. I assumed he would have calmed down because I just couldn't get him off my head. Surprisingly, the door was open so I entered. But the view wasn't a nice one. I slowly walked around and saw a lady's shoe, bag, dress….bra.. it didn't hit me until I started hearing sounds from his bedroom. I approached slowly. I wanted to turn back too, I didn't want to see whatever was happening in that room, but I had no courage to run back. I could hear my heart pounding hard in my chest until the sex sounds became clearer

"Ahnnnn"

"Y.. you're so…so..gooooood fuck!

" Harder, please don't st..op"

"Ann"

" Yes…yes baby…I'm about to….."

I couldn't stand it anymore, so I opened the door and saw what I saw. I wished I had left the door closed.
