Chapter 4

I chuckled, "Okay."

I opened my bedroom door and prepared to go to bed.

But what I didn’t expect was that the sheets were wrinkled and the quilt looked like someone had covered it.

There was even the man's changed underwear under the pillow.

I suddenly felt sick.

Owen Young has already slept in my bed?

I took the important documents without even looking at them, walked out quickly, and slammed the door behind me.

Let’s stay in a hotel tonight. The room is already dirty. I’ll have to find someone to clean it thoroughly tomorrow.

Throw away what should be thrown away!

After a whole day of hard work, I'm exhausted.

After washing up, I lay down on the bed in the hotel, when my cell phone rang.

Someone wants to add me as a friend.

After I passed, the other party sent me a bunch of photos.

In every photo, it's Victoria Shaw and Owen Young.

The location was clearly my house, and the two of them were lying on the marriage bed, cuddling together.

At the end of the photo, there is a sentence: Smart people know when to retreat.

I replied: Someone likes to pick up trash, I will help him.

Then, turn off the computer and go to sleep.

When I woke up, it was already bright.

I had breakfast and went to clean up my house.

But when I opened the door, I was stunned.

There were lots of balloons and streamers inside, and lots of posters on the walls.

The content of the poster is all wedding photos of Victoria Shaw and Owen Young.

The speakers were blasting music so loudly that it made my brain hurt.

There were many strangers sitting or standing in the room, and I didn't know any of them.

They are stepping on my couch, raiding my fridge, and even drinking from my cup.

The books and documents on my bookshelf were messed up by them and scattered everywhere.

The antique ornaments I bought from the auction and the valuable gifts my parents gave me were passed around by them at will, and some of them were even broken into pieces.

I suppressed my anger and turned off their speakers.

Those people looked at me with dissatisfaction.

I asked in a deep voice: "Who are you? Why are you in my house?"

Those people looked at each other in disbelief and said, "Your home? Isn't this Owen Young's home?"

"We are here for a wedding. Who are you?"

I was so angry that I could hardly speak. "Wedding? Victoria Shaw and Owen Young are going to hold their wedding here?"

At this time, someone suddenly pointed at me and said, "I recognize you. Aren't you the mistress?"

Before I could explain, someone threw a cup of milk tea on my face: "How arrogant! You, a mistress, have come here to disrupt the wedding?"

Then more people punched and kicked me.

I fought back with all my might, but they all came over and bullied me.

Soon they knocked me to the ground.

They are more numerous and bolder, and are becoming more and more excessive.

Some people beat me up, some took off my clothes, and some held up their phones to broadcast live, wanting the whole network to see what the mistress looked like.

I tried desperately to cover my face with my hands, but they forcefully pulled them away.

They grabbed my limbs and forced a pair of shoes around my neck.

They spat in my face and called me a slut.

I resisted hard, but it was no use.

They abused me at will and made fun of me.

Finally, someone shouted, "The groom is back to pick up the bride."

Those people stopped what they were doing and gathered around the door.

I got up in a panic and saw Victoria Shaw in her wedding dress and Owen Young in a suit.

Victoria Shaw was stunned for a moment when she saw me like this, then she walked over quickly and whispered, "Aren't you leaving? The wedding is not real, it's all for the children, a show."
