Chapter 2

As soon as I finished speaking, the guests attending the wedding stopped and pointed at me.

"Who is this person? Is his brain and anus reversed? That's the eldest daughter of Lancaster Consortium."

"He's probably a courier. It seems like he wouldn't let Vivienne take something. A courier really takes himself seriously."

"Express delivery? That's hilarious. Lancaster Consortium can bankrupt his boss with just one move. Does his boss know that he hired a living Buddha?"

Hearing the words of the passerby, the other person straightened his back instantly.

"Since we're getting married today, I won't bother with you. So, kneel down, lick the bottom of my shoes clean, kowtow to me three times to apologize, and I'll let you go!"

She folded her arms across her chest, her superior posture clearly revealed.

As soon as she finished speaking, someone started to persuade me on her behalf.

"Just agree to it young man. The last person who offended Vivienne now has taller grass on his grave than you!"

"That's right. It's rare that Vivienne is happy today. Just be good enough. A real man should be able to bend and stretch. It will do you no good to pretend."

I slowly walked forward and, in front of everyone, spit directly on her wedding dress.

"Vivienne Lancaster, right? I'll remember you. Unfortunately, the person I can apologize to hasn't been born yet."

"This is my way of apologizing to you."

Vivienne was instantly furious.

The spit made her face turn blue with disgust and she wanted to take off her wedding dress.

When she was halfway through taking off her clothes, she heard people exclaiming and then realized that she was exposed.

This is even more annoying.

"You bastard, how dare you embarrass me!"

"Just wait for me!"

"Where's Theo? Get him off now! I'm not done with him for today!"

I was already annoyed after floating in space for five years, and when I came down I met this lunatic, which made me even more angry.

If my body functions hadn't recovered yet and I didn't hit women, I would have taught her a lesson today no matter what I said.

I was scrolling through my phone out of boredom.

Vivienne was so angry that she went crazy and smashed the bottle on my head.

I dodged it with a quick move.

Her eyes were bloodshot.

"Don't you fucking move!"

"Just standing there and letting you hit me? You're an idiot, but I'm not."

Vivienne just opened her mouth to call security when she heard footsteps the next second.

Theo arrived surrounded by people.

Go straight to Vivienne.

His face was full of heartache.

"What's wrong, baby? Who is so blind as to make you angry?"

"Today is a good day, don't be angry, I will teach him a lesson for you, okay?"

After not seeing each other for eight years, Theo is no longer the young man he used to be.

There was a stern look in his eyes and eyebrows, and he really looked like someone in a higher position.

His attitude became even colder, and there was no trace of the intimacy he had shown me before in his eyes.

Vivienne pointed at my face and yelled at me.

"That's the beast! He dared to spit on my wedding dress! This dress is worth ten million, and it cost five million to ship it back from abroad!"

Theo finally noticed me and frowned.

"Cousin, long time no see."

"I came here today to celebrate for you on behalf of my parents—"

He waved his hand to interrupt before he finished speaking.

"Don't try to be my relative. I haven't been back to my hometown for many years."

"Also, I'm Grant now, please call me by my honorific name."

"You made my wife's wedding dress dirty? Apologize."

That one sentence made the anger that I had just suppressed surge up again.

We hadn't seen each other for eight years, so I thought he would invite me to the VIP lounge.

At least give me a cigarette.

I didn't expect that he would ask me to apologize to his wife.

I burst out laughing instantly.
