Chapter 7

Killian

She fucking left !

How the hell did she get out blind ?

I had left to get dinner and whatever stuff women might need only to come back to find the couch empty.

I went to her dorm at midnight but she wasn't there. I knew she had gone back to that bastard.

It took everything in me not to drive down there in the middle of the night and drag her ass back here. The next time I see her,I'm putting a tracker on her phone.

I had expected her to send in her Medical leave request letter this morning but nothing came. I sat in my study, watching her through the camera feed. She came back with a lady and a white cane. She had black shades on and a whole load of confidence.

I nearly scoffed. How the fuck did she think she'd survive an internship half-blind ?

I zoomed in on the video feed ,watching her as she packed a whole lot of stuff into her dorm room. She stays in one of the biggest VIP rooms,of course she hoards crap.

I smirked as she changed her passcode for the fourth time now. She can't keep me out,I own the fucking building .

The lady helped her put her room in order and then left . I leaned back in my chair ,eager to see how she's going to scale through the day and then be at the hospital by 6pm for her shift.

The moment the door locked, she flicked off the shades and collapsed on the bed.

I waited for any actions but nothing ,she just laid there ,staring at the ceiling. Boredom itched into my skin as I waited ,so I stood to my feet and strolled to the garage.

It was a half an hour drive to the dormitory and by the time I got to her room,I almost forgot I was supposed to knock.

I had typed in her passcode half way before I realized what I was doing. I can't risk her finding out I'm the one sneaking into her room to watch her sleep or probably fuck her if I get the chance.

I knocked twice. From inside I heard as she staggered, knocking something over and it took another two minutes before the door clicked open.

"Julie? Is that you?" She muttered, peeking through the gap in the half opened door.

" I see you went back to that trash you call a husband!" I started.

Her pupils Widened as she recognized my voice.I placed my hands in the gap just before she attempted to lock the door.

" What do you want?" She snapped, fists tightening around the cane.

I pushed the door open ,wide enough to fit my frame and slide in." You're blind, you need help!"

" No I don't !.....get out of my room." She yelled.

I dipped my hands in my pocket." If I were a burglar, you'd already be dead.. So yeah ....you need help."

She lifted the white cane and I chuckled."You are pointing it in the wrong direction."

Her lips twitched in irritation." Killian ....get out of my room. I do not need your help."

I took the cane from her ,closing the distance between us. She didn't even realize I was up close until my breath fanned her cheeks.

Goosebumps crawled on her skin." What ..what are you doing?" I loved the way her pulse fluttered and the way her chest rose up and down.

I pushed her against the wall and pressed myself against her. She let out a faint gasp as she tried to push me away.

" I'm your superior, you know that right? Speak to me with more respect or I'll give you a bad report at the end of your internship and then you'll have difficulty getting your license.." I grazed my thumb on her skin, inhaling her scent.

"Mr Larsen ,kindly quit flirting with me and leave my apartment. I have a husband in case you've forgotten." She muttered in-between rugged breath.

I bit down on my lower lip as I stared at her neckline. My eyes trailed up to her lips and down to her cleavage. Before I knew it,my hands were already on her hips,so damn close to her ass.

She slapped my hands off her." Will you please stop! There is a ring on my fucking finger!" She lifted her hands right in front of my face.

My jaw twisted as I grabbed her ass with one hand, then pinned both hands above her head with the other." The man that put that ring on your finger is probably somewhere squeezing another woman's ass.... you're been too gullible."

She tried to wiggle away from my grip but it only shifted my hands closer to her ass. She was wearing sweatpants and a tank top, perfect for some penetrations.

" Don't you dare talk about my husband that way!" She snarled, still struggling to free herself. She's short and so were her hands.

I snickered, running a lazy hand along my hair. " You haven't really told me how it went ... .Did you catch him in bed with that woman last night?"

Pain flickered in her eyes for a brief moment but she was still trying to act tough." It's none of your business."

I chuckled again." If he can mess around with another woman then so can you.....we both know they've probably gone a bit far." I lowered my voice as I leaned in ,brushing my lips on her neck.

She trembled, her skin growing hot." Mr Larson.....are you trying to talk me into cheating on my husband?"

I let my lips touch her skin for a brief second while I squeezed her ass." I'm simply telling you to give your body what it craves."

I have her at my mercy, she's blind and won't be able to fight me off. But it's risky, she knows it's me and won't hesitate to call the cops on me .

She released a rough breath and I stepped back before I did something stupid like kiss her and grabbed her boobs. "I'm putting my number on the emergency list in your phone ,call me if you need help."

I took her phone from where it was on the bed and installed my phone number." Press the power button for at least ten seconds and it'll ring me up."

I placed the phone on her palm." I'll come pick you up by six for your shift."

She grumbled." I don't need your help ,Mr Larsen...I can call an uber."

"And how are you going to do that without your sight?" I raised a brow and she turned quite on the realization.

I sighed." Raven....you're under my care till your internship is over so quit being stubborn and accept my help. If not then I'll terminate your internship and you'll start all over next year."

I saw the panic in her eyes as she flinched." You can't do that !"

" Yes I can.. you're technically useless without your sight so I'm doing you a favour." I said coolly.

Her brow creased into a deep frown, expressing irritation at my calling her useless.

Do I feel bad for making her fail her entrance exams for two years straight ? Maybe just a little,it was all for a better cause.

" Do we have a deal?" I questioned.

She remained quiet for a few seconds, her cheeks rosy pink then she nodded.

Good girl.

" Good.....now take a rest and I'll be back by 5 in case you need help getting ready." I roughled her hair and made for the door but paused in my tracks when she spoke.

She phrased." As long as you don't cross any more boundaries then I'll accept your help. Don't ever touch me inappropriately again,Mr Larsen."

A grin spread across my face." Sure." I don't plan on respecting her boundaries though, especially not tonight.

And I don't plan on keeping my hands off her either.
