Chapter 7

Thinking of the expression on Austin's face as he looked down at me from the second floor, I felt sad as if I was suffocating.

But I still pretended to be tough.

"If he knew, he definitely wouldn't bear to kick me out."

Andy smiled and didn't say anything.

He handed me a set of brand-new clothes.

"I just bought them from the supermarket. Your clothes are all soaked. Change into these."

I glanced at the ugly clothes and was stunned.

"You have such poor taste. I'm going to the supermarket to buy some more things."

Andy accompanied me to the supermarket.

Actually, I wanted to buy more band-aids and something with strong water absorption.

If I suddenly had a lot of nosebleeds outside and couldn't control the situation, my nosebleeds would dirty other people's places, and it would be hard to clean.

When I was carefully selecting products, a cold voice suddenly rang out from behind me.

"Gloria, are you so horny? Do you have to snatch away Audrey's boyfriend?"

I turned pale and completely froze.

What a coincidence. I bumped into Austin.

I turned around and saw his sullen face.

I opened my mouth, but before I could say anything, he slapped me in the face.

"What did I teach you from when you were a little girl? How could you do such immoral and shameless things?"

The loud slap shocked Andy.

He rushed over to stop Austin but failed.

He could only anxiously explain to Austin, "She's not. You got her wrong..."

Austin sneered, "I got her wrong?"

He stared fixedly at the towels and daily necessities I had just put in the shopping cart.

"You got a room, went grocery shopping together, and even lived together, and you're still saying I got her wrong?"

Austin's eyes were cold enough to kill someone.

I felt a chill all over my body as I looked at him sorrowfully.

I wanted to say to him that it wasn't what it looked like, and he really got me wrong.

But my nose was suddenly hot.

Before I could cover it, my nosebleed dripped down non-stop.

Soon, it stained a large area on my chest.

I watched the anger and coldness in Austin's eyes gradually turn into astonishment and panic.

"Gloria!"

His gaze was fixed on the large pool of blood on my chest.

My body fell heavily backward.

Meanwhile, he rushed over in confusion and fear and hugged me.

He was overwhelmed by a great panic.

"Gloria, you... You're scaring me. What's wrong with you?"
