Being Abandoned by My Biological Family, I Turn Rich

Richard was still looking at me sarcastically. I said arrogantly, “You don't think that being born into a rich family is everything in life, do you? You can't eat four dishes in your life with that perception.”

I stared at him and continued, “By the way, I remind you that I'm not in a good mood right now. So, please, don't come and mess with me or someone will die between us.”

“Stop, Alfred. It’s enough! It's in the middle of dinner.”

Our father slapped the table. I was too lazy to talk nonsense with him now. It was more important to eat than talk with him.

Our father thought about it for a while and said, “I'll tell you the truth, Alfred. I brought you back because I see that your grades are good. So if you stay home and study at ease, you will get the money.”

I knew the offer he made wasn't bad for me right now. After all, no one had a grudge against money.

I nodded and said, “Okay, no problem for me. But you guys should take care of that idiot Richard. Please, don't let him mess with me, or else I might straighten him out. I've killed before, you guys know that!”

That night's meal was eaten in silence. Of course, they were silent, not moving. While I was busy devouring all the food quietly.

Richard tried to disturb me again by saying, “Hey, although you were very poor before and couldn't eat good food, you are too unmannerly to eat like this. It will bring shame to the Kenneth Family.”

I knew he took the opportunity to add another sentence. He always tries to find trouble with me.

“Is it true that you don't have a long memory?”

I was starting to lose my patience after hearing these words. I grabbed a doughnut, balled it up in my hand and shoved it into his mouth. Then I picked up soy milk and poured it directly into his mouth.

“Stop, Richard. If you dare to make one more blind comment, I will stuff the bowl into your mouth!”

I got on top of him and wiped my greasy hands. Our father and mother wanted to get angry. They were afraid of being hit by me, so they could only hold back.

However, they immediately went to comfort Richard. Richard just cried without listening, which was really annoying.

“You are a man, Richard. Why are you mourning so early in the morning?”

I picked up the casserole filled with crab congee and snapped it on his head. Then, he didn't dare to cry.

Our father and mother immediately took him away. The nannies nearby looked at me, it was like they were looking at a bogeyman.

Carissa also couldn't help laughing. She came over and asked in a whisper in my ear, “You're so good at cursing. Who did you learn it from?”

“You don't know how ferocious the old countryside bitches are at cursing, I'm just where I'm at.”

I hemmed and hawed. However, my face reddened again because she came too close. I didn't know what that smell was anyway. But it was just extra attractive to me. I asked in my heart, “It's a woman's smell, isn't it?”

Carissa looked at me. “Since you can stay, then study hard. Don’t leave from here this morning.”

Carissa sighed for a while. She then got up to leave. It didn't take long for our parents to leave as well. Before they left, two tall and strong community security guards came in.

I didn't need to think about it. I knew that they were afraid that I would beat Richard to death. So they sent some people to protect them. 

I didn't care about things like this. As long as no one bothers me, I won't do any violence. I was a workaholic. I should have gone back to my room to work a long time ago if Richard hadn't been bothering me all this time.

Carissa was also reading at the desk. She was sitting right next to me.

Carissa said, “My legs are sore. Let’s rest for a while.”

She then placed her long legs on my lap. I was a little bit shocked. In my heart, I asked, “How could I work like this?”

I was a bit helpless right now. At this time, Richard suddenly walked in. When he saw Carissa's leg on my lap, his eyes were immediately red. He also gritted his teeth.

“Carissa, aren't you being too nice to him?”

Without our parents present, he stopped pretending and his voice was very gloomy. On the other hand, Carissa didn't say anything and continued to read.

I stood up and walked over to him. “Do you want to get beat up again, Richard?”

Richard was offended by my words. He then replied briefly, “Oh, you are just a bastard from the countryside, Alfred. I will definitely drive you out with my ways. Just wait for my revenge.”

As Richard spoke, he suddenly took out a pebble and smashed it against his forehead. In the next moment, his forehead was drenched in blood. He then collapsed to the ground. He began to wail. Not long after, two security guards came in.

Richard screamed, “Help me! Please, save me. My brother is going to kill me!”

It didn't take long for our parents to come back. Richard, who had been pretending to be unconscious, woke up from his bed.

He shouted, “My brother, please, don't kill me. Can't I just leave?”

Our father, Ferdinand, roared loudly, “Bastard! What have you done, Alfred? How dare you bully Richard?”

My mother pointed at me and said, “I'm going to send you to jail, Alfred. I swear!”

I cursed and said, “Two stinking idiots! Since you guys are playing this game, don't blame me for not being unethical, okay?”
