Annoying Roommate

Accompanying Jane was a well-maintained woman, whom Jane called mother.

Wendy's face showed signs of old age but had few wrinkles. She was dressed in jewels and the look in her eyes was as arrogant as Jane's.

"You guys have to take good care of Jane in the future. She has never suffered any grievances since she was a child, so she is a bit spoiled. As roommates, you should give in to her."

Although it was clearly a request for help, Wendy spoke in a condescending manner.

My other two roommates and I didn't say anything, but she assumed that we were being submissive.

Then she bluntly told us what to pay attention to when interacting with Jane in the future.

For example, we should help Jane to get meals, wake her up to go to class together, supervise her studies, etc.

In short, no matter what troubles Jane had, we should help her solve them without complaint.

Simply put, she treated us as maids to serve Jane.

I responded directly without hesitation.

"How could you bear to let Jane go to university? She should be worshipped as a goddess. Our dormitory can't accommodate her."

Wendy paused for a moment, her face darkening instantly.

Jane on the side couldn't stand. "Don't be ungrateful..."

Wendy raised her hand to interrupt Jane and looked at me leisurely.

"Little girl, you don't have a long-term vision. I am giving you a chance, do you understand? If you get along well with Jane, you will have another way out after graduation."

She paused for a moment, then smiled mysteriously before continuing.

"Do you know the Murphy Group? So many people are trying their best to get in, but I can get them in with just one word."

When I heard that, I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows.

"What a coincidence! I also have an acquaintance in Murphy Group."
