Alpha's cursed mate

Every fiber in the universe hears, every star in the Galaxy responds and each deed has a repercussion.

Moon goddess Selene had broken the rule but time always ruled and the person to hold its reins was captured in his own world....it won't be long when his chains will be destroyedso will the goddess' destiny.

A child was born with eyes of ocean. Sweet nectar seemed to flow as her cry rang first time. Dark blue eyes with an aquamarine tint seem to glimmer with joy.

Her mother clasped her mouth crying the tears of joy as her father held her small wrist wondering what had he done so good in life to be blessed with such an angel.

Her brown hair in small wavy curls seem to be flowing with wind, soft breeze caressing her with utmost affection.

The oblivion which was roaring with thunder seem to bow down to her, calming the catastrophic rain.

The one to command powers of life and death was born as a werewolf...a mortal herself which was an irony.

Goddess Selene watched the child from skies as the new soul was welcomed among her wolves, that little girl was a Luna...a powerful aura that seemed vague right now would bend the world one day.

Goddess S-Selene u-underworld has gone calm, it's g-glowing... radiating like heaven. a messenger informed with his eyes blown wide, he couldn't believe what he saw.

Radiating like heaven?....the cold place was the representation of King Hades, his emotions changed the weather....it can't be happening.

The goddess again looked at the girl in disbelief, she sure was a Luna, realization hit her as tons of bricks.....not any Luna, she was King Hades' Queen.

The moon goddess eyes widened as she saw the formation of a strong golden fiber of love and a bond being woven in air- the strongest to ever been formed. It shined brightly like glimmering pearls beaded together.

So she did what was best for her, the sharp moon dagger aimed above from her dainty fingers ripped the fiber before it could intertwine completely.

She twirled her fingers, selecting the most corrupted of thread- red which represented the wolves fated to be mateless and attached it with one ripped piece- the girl's soul.

She gave the newborn a devastating future filled with pain and anguish but could she. A tinge of pain erupted in a corner of her heart....can Selene see the girl suffering? She didn't knew herself.

But if only she knew.....

A horrific scream resonated from her mouth as ink darkness started covering her hands, the same hands which broke the rule of nature. Her creamy fingers developed claws- a corrupted soul.

Her eyes snapped to the dark blue mirror adorned with turquoise sapphire in her adobe, it reflected her once luminescence face, now marred with a shade of pitch coal. Another scream left her lips.

Never will be the moon shine bright and complete white everyday, now it's beauty would be engulfed by darkness in its soul. Each day a slash of black will corrupt a part of it's round face.

There wasn't a day when the full moon failed to shine in all it's glory...but it won't be full now, nature was changing its course and Selene would pay the price of going against it.

May the little girl never pay the price though...for her new mate was made to devastate her.

Persephone's POV

The pack house was filled with murmurs, the people who ignored me all my life were eyeing me with jealousy- to be mated to an Alpha was an extreme honor, it did not matter if that same alpha may breed me like a whore but even to carry his pups was an extreme honor. It was not the life that I wished for.

The orphan and omega children whom I used to live with a few hours ago were huddled in corner eyeing my food full plate hungrily for after the death of my father and mother-the previous luna and alpha of the black moon I was reduced to the lowest stature yet even if they take away my soul they would never be able to touch the protective instinct that I possessed for my people.

They haven't been given food for past two days and today they would be served enough to survive the next two.

Tears glistened in my eyes as I took in their malnourished form, it was not like the other members never took pity on them but whenever they did, the remembrance of the punishment shuddered them to core, they would be made an omega too just like me.

Persephone, please give us one too Lily with her big brown eyes filled with hope asked for the grapes which seem to overflow out of my plate.

He was a monster- my mate to keep the children starved. I plucked a branch the wolves surrounding me watching my action with dread.

An icy voice froze the room What do you think you are doing my dear? The touch that traced my neck going from my back and then grasping my hair as if to establish his dominance made me realise he had seen my actions.
