After I was Murdered, I was Reborn to Take Revenge!
Chapter 7
The first time I met my boss's fiancée was at our office.
She truly lived up to the image of a pampered young lady from a wealthy family.
Her skin was tender, her eyes were big and bright, and she had two dimples when she smiled.
I was mesmerized.
She was even more beautiful than the movie stars I had seen on TV.
This was the kind of sweet, innocent girl that a CEO would fall in love with.
The key was that she was quite capable.
She graduated from MIT and served as the public relations director in her family business.
How could Amira naively think that my boss would give up such a beautiful and well-matched young lady to marry her, a girl with nothing to her name and a few screws loose?
But Amira was always confident.
One day, I went downstairs to buy coffee.
From a distance, I spotted two familiar figures.
Amira, with her arms crossed and an expression like a malicious supporting character in a novel, said, "Miss Moore, I advise you to give up. You can't compete with me. Although you are Ethan's fiancée, he doesn't love you at all. It's just a marriage of convenience between you two. If you're smart, you should stay away from him and stop bothering him."
Sophia looked puzzled and asked, "Who are you?"
Amira arrogantly raised her head and said, "You just need to know that he is my future husband, and only I can be his wife."
Sophia couldn't help but chuckle.
Amira's face darkened and she said, "What are you laughing at? You don't understand him at all. He will never be happy with you."
Sophia seemed to ponder this.
I couldn't help but roll my eyes.
My boss's fiancée, being his childhood sweetheart, had known him for over 20 years and naturally knew him better than Amira, an outsider, ever could.
Besides, the whole company knew how deep the feelings were between my boss and her.
During the toughest times, it was she who stood by my boss.
My boss rarely smiled, but every time he saw his fiancée, he would show a hint of a smile.
As soon as Sophia returned to my boss's office, she shared the incident as a joke with him.
My boss's face instantly turned cold.
He couldn't believe Amira would be crazy enough to harass his fiancée.
He made a call with a serious face.
It is time to teach that woman a lesson.
