After I Died, My Parents Found Out the Truth Chapter 1

When my mother went to the market to buy meat, she found that the market was crowded and impassable.

My father was a police officer and he was at the scene.

When he saw my mother, he immediately reminded her and my cousin to be careful recently and then went to the scene to collect evidence.

His colleagues reminded him to remind me as well.

My father's face turned cold, and he disdainfully said, "She'd better die outside. I never want to see her again."

But my father didn't know that he had just seen me.

Unfortunately, he didn't recognize me. I was his daughter who was just in front of him.

——

"Levin, this is a big deal."

Captain Levin nodded solemnly.

The market pork stall was shocked to find dismembered body parts. If this matter was exposed, it would definitely cause widespread panic among the public.

To minimize the impact as much as possible, Levin closed off the entire market.

Levin frowned and looked at my father, "These body parts must determine the owner's identity as soon as possible."

My father also had a serious expression. He was a dedicated and responsible police officer.

My father glanced at the body parts and said, "I will take them for identification as soon as possible."

My ethereal soul floated nearby and sighed softly. With my father's years of experience in solving cases, he would definitely help me catch the real culprit soon.

Levin's expression also relaxed a bit.

"You can go home and make arrangements. We will need to work overtime these days."

My father nodded and casually took out his phone to make a call.

"Honey, I will be working overtime recently. Try not to go out with Emilia these days."

Then a sweet voice came from the other end of the phone, "Daddy."

In an instant, the serious and tense expression on Dad's face became gentle.

"Emilia, be good at home and listen to Mom's words."

After explaining everything in detail, Dad hung up the phone with relief.

Levin grabbed his arm when he turned to leave.

"Why don't you call Jennifer and ask her to come home early?'"

Dad's face instantly turned black, "It's best if she dies outside and never comes home again."

I helplessly smiled.

It turned out that the soul also could perceive pain! Dad said he hoped I would die outside. I had fulfilled his wish.

He focused on these pieces of flesh, all of which were cut from my body.

He just hadn't recognized that these were parts of me yet.

After three days of continuous searching, the police station finally gathered the scattered body parts nearby.

The result that came out left everyone stunned.

The whole team found it hard to believe because only less than a third of the body parts were gathered.

Levin's expression was also unusually serious.

My father also looked surprised, as it was the first time he had seen such a gruesome death.

Everyone had a solemn expression on their faces.

Originally, they thought they were only missing the head, but they didn't expect so many body parts to be missing.

If any other parts of the body were found by other citizens in other places and exposed, the consequences would be unimaginable.

The city government attached great importance to this case, and the situation became more and more difficult.

Levin looked up at the specimen table and saw one of the organs. He took down the specimen and handed it to my father.

"What is this?"

My soul trembled with excitement.

Finally, I was going to be discovered.

I believed that as long as my dad found out that I was dead, he would soon find the real culprit.

Dad still had a serious expression on his face, "I was just about to tell you this. This is currently the most important clue."

"The deceased had a prominent scratch on her arm. We still need to wait for the DNA comparison. If we investigate based on this clue, it can save a lot of time."

Captain Levin frowned and hesitated slightly, "Jennifer also has a similar scratch on her arm, I remember."

Captain Levin was indeed my dad's old comrade-in-arms for many years, and also my good uncle for nearly twenty years.

The scratch on my arm was from when I fell off my bike in junior high school.

At that time, it was Uncle Levin who saw me off to the hospital. He still remembered this incident!

Before Uncle Levin could continue, my father angrily interrupted him.

"Levin, stop talking. I know you want to resolve my resentment towards Jennifer and ask me to care more about her in the future. But every time I think of her, I think of my brother's death. I can never forgive Jennifer in my whole life."

"She is the murderer who killed my younger brother."

My heart was stabbed with a sharp pain, causing my soul to tremble.

After all these years, my father still couldn't forget about that incident.

I was the murderer who killed my uncle.

I deserved to die a thousand deaths!

Years ago, I went to my uncle's house to visit and had some disagreements with my cousin over a trivial matter.

It was a stormy night. After having a big fight with my cousin, I ran out of her house.

At that time, I was only 10 years old and far away from my own home. My uncle and aunt drove to find me.

On the way, there was a car accident, and my uncle and aunt died on the spot.

My dad felt sorry for my cousin, who had no one to rely on, so he brought her back home and raised her.

Since then, my Dad had blamed me as the murderer who killed my uncle and aunt.

My mom was a housewife and she always listened to my dad. Since then, she no longer cared about me.

My dad saw me as a jinx and always hit and scolded me.

My life has been extremely miserable since I was ten years old.

My dad said my cousin was the only child of my younger brother, and he loved her as if she were his daughter.

I was being killed in an extremely cruel way.

As a 'murderer', I was getting the retribution I deserve.

Could my parents forgive me now?
