After the Exams, My Parents Sent Me Abroad—Then the Police Took Them Away Chapter 1

After the college entrance exams, I was competing for admission to major schools with a score of 748.

When filling out the application, my parents, who had always encouraged me to go to Ivy League schools, suddenly changed their minds.

They all advised me to give up my domestic university and to pay to send me abroad to study for gold.

Dad said: He makes money to give me a better future, he's doing it for my own good!

However, on the day the appointment was made for the commercial vehicle to pick me up, my mom backed out again and even blocked the door to keep me out.

"Eleanor, we're not going to study abroad, so you can stay with mom, okay?"

My dad, who was always quiet, slapped my mom in the face.

"What are you fooling around for? Don't stand in the way of my daughter's good fortune!"

I was taken aback, but then I saw my mom launch into a frenzy, wanting to rip my dad apart.

"You're not even human, you're just trying to get my age killed......"

"Daughter, mom is born again, you can't go abroad, that plane will fall and you'll die! You can't go!"

My father is not willing to show weakness, "Don't turn black and white, in your last life you were the one who prevented your daughter from running to her future, and as a result, she was depressed and had no ambition and passed away with regrets!"

I didn't step forward to dissuade them as I watched them tear apart.

Just sneered, turned and flung the door to his room shut.

None of them knew that I was actually reborn.

In this life, no one will ever lie to me again!

Just now, I was reborn!

It was only when I pulled open the door and my formerly doting mom and dad told the same lies as in my last life that I finally woke up to the fact that this wasn't a dream!

I leaned against the door of my room, the hardness rushing throughout my chest for a long time.

My mom's soft laugh of triumph came from the door, "See, my daughter still listens to me."

My dad grunted, "Don't you regret it!"

Whether they will regret it or not I don't know, but I do know that I will regret it if I continue to stay here.

I reorganized the contents of my suitcase, even my backpack was carefully picked over.

Pulling open the door to her room again, my mom's smug smile froze on her face before she had a chance to put it away.

"Eleanor, why are you dragging your bags out again?"

I ignored it, my eyes crossing over to her indifferently cast on my dad's face.

"I've already lost my chance to go to college, I'm not going to lose my chance to go abroad."

My dad's fingers clasping his cigarette lurched, and he hastily pressed it out in the ashtray, getting up and smiling as he walked toward me.

"Good for you, I knew my daughter wasn't a pussy."

He dragged my suitcase across the room and headed out the door, not forgetting to glance at my mom smugly as he passed her.

My mom's mouth dropped and she reached for me.

"Baby, even if you don't believe mom's words, aren't you afraid of what if? Mom really can't lose you.

I sneered and peeled her hand away, "Stay home and marry mediocre, you'll lose me just the same."

"Rather than live and die, I'd rather the accident take me away."

My mom's face suddenly went cold and she held out her hand at me.

"Fine, since you're going to listen to your dad, give me back the cell phone I bought you, or else you're not coming out of this house."

After a moment's hesitation, I pulled my new fruit-branded cell phone out of my pocket and put it in her hand, lifted my foot and walked away.

She gave me a surprised look, but didn't stop me, only whispering, "Pity!" as I stepped out of the house.

In stark contrast to my mom, my dad smiled all the way through.

The business car was parked downstairs and my dad greeted people with a smile.

I pulled right out of the car, same as in my last life, five girls!

With a casual glance, his eyes settled on the girl in the back of the cab.
