Chapter 2

He apologized to me awkwardly.

"I'm sorry. When my grandpa was buried, some idiot put my parents' photos in the coffin.

"That's their only photo together. That's why I rushed here in the middle of the night to dig up the grave."

After saying that, he became flustered.

He actually had a very handsome face that exuded a strong sense of authority.

His thick eyebrows and blue eyes gave him a sharp and intense look.

But at that moment, he looked like a kid who had done something wrong. With his head hanging down, he gave off a strong sense of cute contrast.

"I'm always soft-hearted, especially when seeing a handsome guy looking worried.

Besides, I've already hit him, and he's apologized. I'm not unreasonable."

I waved my hand generously, indicating it was fine. After all, it wasn't his fault my grandpa had the same name as his grandpa.

But then I realized a problem. The grave was dug up. Who was going to bury it back?

I stared intently at Grayson.

He seemed to catch my drift and waved his hand. The others started moving.

Suddenly, they were all lively and working energetically.

By the time the grave was reburied, it was past five o'clock.

I hurriedly burned the paper money and luxury items I bought for my grandpa.

I told him to be more generous with my grandma and not to be so stingy.

Then I knelt down and kowtowed.

I prayed for him to bless me with winning the Best Actress award soon so I could retire.

I prayed for him to help me find a handsome boyfriend soon and have kids.

After all that, I stood up and calmly walked out under the gaze of Grayson and his group.

"What's the big deal? Everyone has dreams, right?

What's the big deal? Everyone wants love and comfort, right?

Why are they so shocked!

Look at them, acting like they've never seen anything like this before!"

I thought that was the end of it.

After all, he's a big shot in the business world. I'm just a small-time actress.

Not even a small-time actress, just an extra.

But the next day, "Sofia Beats Up Business Tycoon" trended on social media.

I kicked the tall, slender Grayson to the ground in the leaked video.

Then I punched him in the face.

"Oh my God, where did this crazy woman come from? How dare she hit my husband?"

"This is a public crime. Arrest her and throw her in jail."

"The way she fights, she must have done this before. Police, investigate her."

At this point, I hadn't been recognized yet.

Most netizens just thought I was a crazy woman.

Until the newly crowned Best Actress, Natalie Baker, posted a video nervously saying, "I think I know this woman. Her name is Sofia Clark. She almost played my maid once.

"She's notoriously bad-tempered. When she was acting..."

At this point, Natalie suddenly looked terrified, as if she recalled a bad memory.

Then she awkwardly stuck out her tongue and ended the video.

Then my Twitter was flooded with mentions, and the curious public found out I was a small-time actress.

Well.

"With only 2.08 million followers, how dare she hit someone?

And she hit the nation's darling."

Ridiculous!

They cursed me to death.

In just a few minutes, I went from being unknown to being cursed by everyone online.

Even my small group of beauty fans turned against me.

They sent me private messages, cursing me to die a miserable death.
