A Distant Place Without You Is Full of Birds and Flowers Chapter 1

On the way to pick up the kids after buying groceries.

I saw my husband and two kids eating ice cream cake.

Their first love after many years was sitting next to them.

With a smile on his face, he talked about his experience studying abroad.

The moment their eyes met,

I suddenly had a feeling in my heart.

My marriage to Alexander Anderson seems to be over.

After thinking about it, I decided not to disturb the happy scene of this family of four.

I carried the vegetables back home.

The two children were clamoring to eat squirrel mandarin fish.

This dish takes a lot of time to prepare, so you have to hurry and prepare it.

After all, whether Alexander will divorce me or not, I am the mother of two children.

After the fish was put into the pot, I turned around to cut the side dishes.

The divine sword cut his hand.

While treating the wound, I suddenly remembered that my son Leo was allergic to the smell of fish.

So who is this dish for?

Just as I was thinking about it, I heard Leo's familiar voice.

"Today's sports meeting was so much fun. It would be great if we had sports meetings every day. Then Aunt Isabella could come over and be our mother every day."

Daughter Sophia hissed.

"Keep your voice down, this is our secret, mom can't know."

Alexander smiled and explained helplessly.

"Children speak without restraint. LeoSophia said this because she likes you too much."

"I know you have high aspirations and don't want to be bogged down by household chores. Just leave these chores to Elena Rossi."

Isabella Johnson seemed to say something.

Masked by the sound of the combination lock.

Then, four people appeared in front of me.

Isabella was extremely happy to see me and rushed towards me with open arms.

"Cousin, long time no see, did you miss me?"

The moment his fingertips were about to touch mine, Alexander separated us.

He frowned imperceptibly.

"Don't touch her. She smells like oil smoke."

"dirty."

I was stunned.

It was like being slapped in the face.

The whole person feels ashamed.

Isabella noticed my embarrassment and punched Alexander with her backhand.

"How can you say that about your wife? It's really outrageous."

"Cousin, don't bother with him. He has had this bad temper since he was a child. I know him too well."

"I know you are the most virtuous, so please be more tolerant."

Alexander covered his hands where Isabella had hit him.

Instead of being angry, he smiled indulgently.

There was a secret joy in his eyes.

Sophia behind him curled her lips.

"Mom is so stingy."

Leo, who was sitting on the sofa eating potato chips, shouted without turning his head.

"Why isn't the squirrel mandarin fish ready yet? Mom is so lazy."

Look at the potato chip crumbs and spilled water glass on the carpet.

I suddenly felt very tired.

She took off her apron and bent down to wipe the blood off the ground.

I said slowly: "Let's order takeout. My hand is injured and I can't cook."

Alexander held my hand in the air, looking somewhat displeased.

“Takeout is unhealthy.”

I deadpanned, “Ice cream cake isn’t healthy either.”

Alexander was speechless.

Then he frowned, took Isabella's hand and walked out.

"Mom is sick again, LeoSophia, Daddy is taking you and Aunt Isabella out to eat."

The two little ones immediately jumped off the sofa.

They surrounded Alexander with joy.

"Great! It's great to have Aunt Isabella back! It's a thousand times better than having mom at home!"

Isabella looked at the two children and then at me.

She tried to smooth things over with some embarrassment: "There's no need to worry about what the child said. Hurry up and pack your things and come with us."
