Your own local weather forecast. Updated several times daily with fresh forecasts.

TV 2 Weather shows you a clear overview of today's weather in your city. How hot will it be, will the UV radiation be high, and when will the snow come again? TV 2 WEATHER gives you the answer.

Under 'Radar & Maps' you can see how the rainfall is moving right now where you are. How is the weather going to be today? What will be the highest and lowest temperature? Is there rainfall and will it be like rain, snow or sleet?

We show you the weather forecast for where you are, but you can of course choose another city to see your city weather either in DK and in the rest of the world. Enter the name of the city in the search box or navigate through the map.

SAVE YOUR OWN LOCATIONS

Get a more accurate forecast by entering the address from which you want the forecast. It could be your home, your cottage, or where the family lunch should be held. You must be logged in to save your own locations. Only you can see the locations and you can easily delete them again.

SEND YOUR WEATHER PICTURE TO US

After taking a beautiful weather picture with your phone, you can easily send it to us directly from the app. You will find the Upload feature in the upper right corner. You must be logged in to upload images.

Push messages

You can sign up for 2 categories of push notifications - Weather News and Alerts. Weather news gives you notifications with the most important weather news and with notifications you are notified when something special happens to the weather, for example. if there are storms, snowy roads, hail.

You can also sign up for today's weather and get a push notification of today's weather where you are. You can choose which time and location you want to receive the weather forecast for.

WEATHER DATA

On TV 2 Weather, our focus is to make the best city weather in Denmark.

Under Radar & Maps in the app we have radar data from DMI, so you can see where it is raining or snowing right now.

TV 2 The weather forecasts are calculated on the basis of recognized and leading forecasts from eg. DWD (the German weather service) and NWS (the US weather service). TV 2 Weather forecasts are of the highest quality and are constantly updated. Forecasts may differ from e.g. DMI and YR as data is different.

In addition, for each hour, we calculate the probability of precipitation given in%.

ABOUT TV 2

TV 2 DENMARK A / S is a 100 per cent state-owned limited company financed through advertising and subscription revenues. TV 2 DENMARK A / S has NOT received a license since June 2004. In 1986, the Folketing decided to establish TV 2 to break the monopoly of DR on nationwide TV news distribution. The DR should have competition and the Danes should have freedom of choice between two public service stations. TV 2 went on air as a TV station on October 1, 1988 and since 2011 we have had mobile apps.
