Bloons TD 6 (Bloons Tower Defense 6) – это стратегия-боевик 2018 года, где игроку придется оборонять крепость при помощи обезьян. Задача игры – уничтожить поток быстро движущихся воздушных шаров. Чем меньше целей пропущено, тем больше шансов на победу.
Шарики отличаются по внешнему виду и характеристикам – в этой части добавлены новые: фиолетовые, укрепленные и непробиваемые. Они движутся по определенной траектории, иногда со всех сторон, так что придется пустить в ход все таланты стратега, чтобы не проиграть. Свои способности можно проверить на 30 картах. Некоторые из них особенно сложные и содержат участки без обзора, по которым обезьянам придется стрелять вслепую.
В распоряжении пользователя 2 вида обезьян:
Башни. Всего 20 видов и 2 новых: алхимик и друид. Каждая обезьянья башня имеет 3 ветки развития и 5 уровней прокачки.
Герои. В каждой игре можно разместить 1 обезьяну-героя с 20 особыми навыками и 2 активными способностями. По мере прохождения уровней открывается доступ к новым умениям.
Игрок может выбрать подходящий уровень сложности – от новичка до эксперта, причем на каждом открываются новые режимы: с ограниченным количеством обезьян, удвоенной жизнью шариков или грубый "Чемпанзе". В этой части серии разработчики порадовали красочной трехмерной графикой и приятными визуальными эффектами. Кроме того, теперь можно менять внешний вид бойцов.
